SIMPLE
Ordered an extra large pepperoni mushrooms and extra cheese. Tasted like it was old dough and no real cheese at all. We have gone to the Gilford location and the food and service was great. This time not so much. I will never go to the Concord location again.

I frequently order from this branch, usually delivery. Today I stopped in for a few slices and couldn’t help but be impressed with manager Cathy running the register. She was friendly, prompt and organized. It’s just refreshing to see an establishment run well and I thought some credit was due.

I love Papa Gino’s !! I love this location! They are always so friendly, the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean and the restrooms are spotless! I go out of my way to eat here! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Papa Gino’s is Papa Gino’s, usually. We got delivery at our Hotel. I ordered online, s. They gave me a delivery ETA of 25 – 40 minutes after ordering. I ordered Pizza, Mozz twists, and salad with no onions or peppers, but double cukes and croutons.
First, before the earliest window point, the driver called and apologised that he would be later than the window, because of the deliveries he had, then, upon arrival, only 5 minutes later than the window end, hot was hot, cold was cold, and he was polite and nice. Never had a delivery driver from anywhere so kind and polite! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND, my salad actually had double cukes and crouts! YAY!
