I always order the broccoli and cheddar soup and its consistently great! The prices though– not so consistent and not so great… I went here several times when I was younger and the prices were awesome. I could always depend on this place for a cheap, quick, but warming bite. Now: its almost 10 $ for a drink, and the soup… not so cheap and easy now…

I placed an order online to be ready at a specific time. When I arrived a few minutes early, the parking lot was so jamming that i parked next door. I walked in the place was packed! The line was essentially out the door. I told the employee who was putting out the pick-up orders my name, and she went back to check on my food. Having past experience in a customer service industry, I sympathize went establishments get surprisingly busy. So I was a few minutes early, plus it was wicked busy. The girl returned with my order a few minutes later, 1 minute after my scheduled time. She apologized for the delay and I quickly assured her it was TOTALLY fine. First of all, I’m not one to complain about one minute, but to see the amount of unexpected business, I was understanding of the circumstance. I told her they were doing a great job and to hang in there. Now I don’t know what happened after i left, but as I waited at a nearby traffic light, fire trucks blew past me and into the plaza’s parking lot. I don’t know if it was for Panera or not, but I will say that if it was, it was probably the worst day ever for them. Seriously, you guys are doing a great job!

Stood at register for 5min with no one even talking to me or greeting me?!? Not the usual here for sure. I love coming here, so I’ll consider this to be a fluke. When the gentleman came to the register he was super polite and informative about what the sandwiches have on them. He took care of my needs by ensuring me the cheese would be built on both sides of the bread as I am traveling an 1.5hrs before I can eat it. The usual experience is ammmmaaaazzzing… Hence why I order from here weekly. Keep up the good work guys, though I think the immediate greeting is important.

Parking lot is awful – never go here during a rush hour unless you want to risk hitting someone or vice versa. Ordered a Tomato and Mozzarella Flatbread to go and the flatbread is such a disappointment. If someone were to take all your lost dreams and bake it into a bread, that’s what this takes like. It used to be on their ciabatta bread in the past and tasted loads better.

It’s been several months since I’ve been back to Panera to grab breakfast. My last experience was early morning similar to today. Service is not that great. Multiple occasions(with this trip not being any different) I feel like it’s a burden for them to take my order. This time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a scone. The scones are always consistently good. I was the only person to order a sandwich at that time and it came out quick but it looked like it was thrown together. The cheese on the sandwich was mostly on the wrapper by the time I got to eating it.

I’ve worked in food service so I know how hectic it can get and being sure you get it all correct is a handful. Because of this, I believe in second and third chances. I have a sensitivity to peppers, and all things spicy, so I avoid it at all costs. I get the same thing every time I go to Panera. Italian combo, no pepperoncini. If you like things as they are on the menu, great! But if you like to change things, I advise against going to this Panera. Three times now my sandwich has had the one thing on it that I can not eat despite asking the woman at the counter to make sure they weren’t on. You can’t just remove them and be done with it, the juice from the pepper seeps into the bread and meats. 3⁄3 is not just accidental, it seems careless. Panera is truly a great chain and I love going there, I just hope they can work on this. I hate leaving bad reviews.

We drove through here on our way to Canada. We really needed a clean and fast place to grab some hot food and recharge, and this Panera was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of seating, good service and standard quality Panera food.

I went to Panera today for a pretty big order(6 sandwiches). When the order came out, there were no labels on any of them. Some of us has special requests due to allergies. But not knowing which is which, requires someone to look into each one and try to figure what is on what. it was a pain in the butt and it could have been avoided if there’s a sticker or label on the boxes.

Panera bread is a great place to come for a guaranteed hearty meal and a reasonable price. I categorize it in the quick and casual category as it’s slightly more upscale than Subway/Quiznos and any of the burger joints yet provides many menu options. Even the picky individual will find something appealing. In my mind I’m thinking fresh bread, great sandwiches with tasty soup and sandwich options. On this day as I entered just before cash was a great big sign indicating it was lobster roll season! Okay… so I scanned the menu and decided the lobster roll looked too damm good for the price! Trying to avoid chips I chose it with an apple instead(another great reason Panera bread rocks). My sandwich came out and it was one of the most generous and yummy lobster roll sandwiches I’ve eaten! Check that box cause it was big chunks and fresh! This location was busy and we know we will be back to another Panera Bread in the future when are travels take us south!

I love Panera Bread anywhere I travel. This one was no different in their quality, service or style. I’ve been here multiple times and can say, as I see will be backed up by other reviews, that parking can be a real problem which is the ONLY reason for my 3-Star rating. I will keep coming back here every time I’m in town. The fact that I come in the summer means that I get to eat the Lobster Roll which is very, very good. Go.

the only respectable place in concord to be seen in public for this cat! i have dined on every carb morsel from the bakery as well as several soups, salads, and sandwiches. all are of relatively decent quality *purr purr. but even this cat can get fickle with her food choices! i am only a simple cat searching for some variety…

We ordered take out for a business lunch once and they forgot to pack my sandwich. As disappointed as I was, the manager was very insistent on making it right when I went back later in the day. I’m obviously not giving out full credit for a gaffe like that, but I really appreciated the customer service and continue to go back from time to time. They make a great sandwich and do business the right way.

C’mon. It’s panera. Yummy coffee with free refills, free wifi, and fresh bagels. I pretty much always end up taking home a shortbread cookie or a loaf of asiago bread. Oh carbs, how I love thee!

Smaller than most Panera locations, usually limited seating and to top it off they limit you to 30 min of wifi! However I do enjoy having outdoor seating to bring my dog.

So sue me… I like a chain once in a while. I mean c’mon, decent coffee, comfy seating, free wifi and more than passable lunches. Would you hate me if I told you I knew where pretty much every Panera was from Connecticut to Maine? Seriously. Can I write one generic review and just post it for all of them? I mean chains go for consistent theme and product, shouldn’t consistent reviews with a certain sameness be bestowed upon them if they succeed? Is the Panera just off the Maine turnpike in Augusta where I ate dinner and worked late one evening that different than the Panera in between the Connecticut turnpike and the Merritt Parkway or the Panera just off of Fort Eddy Road in Concord, New Hampshire? Frankly, no it’s not.
