Pacsun

I believe the customer service at this PacSun store has improved considerably from the prior reviews as I have also had a negative customer service experience here with regard to 1) returning items from an online order delivered in-​store and 2) mistakes made by the manager in processing such return which led to considerable more effort on my part for a simple return. That said, and after such incident (s), the customer service provided by «Megan», «Dom», and «Michelle» (and to be clear, none of them were part of the negative customer service experience I am referring to above) has been quite good and I enjoy shopping at this store. My last experience with regard to written customer service provided by «Charlotte» from PacSun online customer service regarding a return from an online order has also been quite good. I’ve found the store to be top notch with regard to organization and cleanliness (use of a fitting room upon one request being the lone exception although that isn’t necessarily attributed to the store and Michelle cleared it out before its use) and I’m a fan of certain brands which this store carries in abundance. I’ve found great deals at PacSun (in-​store, as well as online) at excellent value and I can also say that the quality customer service provided over the phone by Megan, Dom, and Michelle meets the quality customer service they provide in-​store (with only very limited interaction, Megan remembered my clothing brand preferences, which is nice service, and something that I do appreciate). While I believe there could be a little more consistency in regard to results (granted I can be a very persistent customer), I have been more than satisfied with almost all of my shopping experiences at this store and I can say I’m a fan of PacSun.

Awful customer service. The girl that works there is rude and I had an awful experience. No one helped me, and the store is chaotic. I bought two things that ended up being over $ 100 and I hated it. I never wore it and it still had the tags on it. I had the receipt in my wallet for about a week and I made sure to hold onto it until I finally had the chance to go in and make the return. But when I went in I couldn’t find it. But they did nothing for me, In fact the guy who was going to help me just walked away and said nothing at all. And even though they said that they can look up the receipt on they’re computer that they still can’t do anything for me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here either. I’m disgusted and I will not ever be going back again.

Dont like how the girls here are very pushy, if we want to buy one item we want to buy one item!

The girls who work at this store are rude and obviously fake to you. While shopping for a swim suit one of the girls had told me there was more sizes in the back. While in the fitting room, I asked a different sales girl for another size. She then tells me everything they have is out… When I was clearly told they have more in the back. But I shrug it off anyway and just opt for another option. Anyway, I proceed to the register to check out and one of the girls rudely says «OH LOOK AT YOU, ONLY BUYING ONE ITEM» excuse me? It’s not my fault you were both too lazy to grab other sizes from your Backstock. You two girls really made my shopping experience unpleasant. Learn some customer service.

They have horrible customer service here and are all so rude! They don’t like doing their job at all. I asked about the jean sale and one of the workers told me to look it up myself! I was ready to purchase some jeans but I didn’t feel like it after that. I even asked for a fitting room and they told me to just go in and didn’t attend me well instead they gave me attitude. This PAC Sun has some of the rudest and horrible workers never shopping at this location again!

How is it possible that this store only has one review?
The Pac Sun at Stoneridge closed, but they remain one of my daughter’s favorite stores so we have visited this Sun Valley Mall location a few times. Our most recent visit was yesterday and while they have great clothes and all, these five stars are actually for the service we received. I believe the young man that helped us was «Chris». I hope not to offend anyone by saying he was a taller African American young man and MIGHT have been a supervisor. I hope those that manage this store will be able to figure out who I am talking about in the event I have his name wrong. We were there last night just before closing.
Anyway, Chris was super helpful at helping my daughter find her size is a million different pairs of shorts and her size was quite popular so finding any left was no easy task. He also helped her make selections which actually doesn’t happy often, male or female associate, because she’s a girl who knows what she wants and doesn’t settle. Even with her being picky and a good savvy shopper, he had her pretty well figured out which is better than I usually can do. As a result, we bought several items and she was super excited with what she left with. As he was ringing us up and when we left, I sincerely believed him when he expressed that they loved their customers and hoped we’d be back in the area soon. It wasn’t cheesy or anything like that. This young man has a bright future no matter what he chooses to do. The sky is the limit for him.
Bravo Pac Sun. Not only do you have great clothes that my very selective daughter likes, but you had the service to back it all up. If this young man isn’t a manager or supervisor, he should be and he should also be the person in charge of training new people. Take good care of him or someone is going to recruit him right out from underneath you.
