For being a chain this is the quality you get. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and ice cream softy. The ice cream nothing special. The smoothie was average. Won’t be going to this place again

I can’t give negative stars? Whatever white guy was working today… (Sunday April 26th at 5:30pm) screwed a regular triple berry and small orange Julius up so bad we ran home and brushed our teeth. It was pure syrup and tasted nothing like what it should. How did you get the job if you can’t even portion a drink and blend it correctly? We were so excited since we haven’t had Orange Julius in so long but once the disgusting syrup hit our tongues… we vowed to never go to another Orange Julius ever again. I wish this place never ruined it for us… please get rid of whoever is ruining the brand by servicing barf drinks before they close your franchise.

The only thing I get here is the strawberry julius, which is good, but I always feel a bit sick afterwards from the sugar. Otherwise, the service is quick and efficient, the crew working there always seems to be having fun.

I get Blizzards primarily but sometimes I’ll get an Orange Julius drink. Nice that it is in the mall. Blizzards have always been good and made quickly.
Hope this place never leaves.

They CHANGED the Formula!
…and for the absolute worst! This review is not a reflection of the people working at Orange Julius — they were polite and helpful.
They no longer use cream in an Orange Julius. Instead they use some sort of powder! IT TASTES LIKE CRAP! I will NOT be back.

I already mentioned this place in my review of the mall, but still feel the need to review it separately. My husband and I had a great experience at this Orange Julius. Having not experienced an OJ for quite some time, we were happy to agree that it tasted as good or better than we remembered. Also, the young lady working behind the counter was very pleasant and patient while we decided what we wanted to share, and which size.
The Verdict: Pretty sure we’ll be repeat customers whenever we visit Sunvalley again.

A review of a Orange Julius /​Dairy Queen?
In a mall?
Seriously?
Yes, seriously. Normally, I’d probably skip reviewing a place like this, but the customer service on the Tuesday night was soooo good that I had to Unilocal it! Since my kids are still little, we decided to get two medium cones and share. The high school aged kid gave great service, overhearing that we wanted to share and passing over the cups and spoons before we finished our query. Then he smiled at us and at our boys and was off to help the next in line. It was such a small thing, and yet it’s not.
Service with a smile is nice — even if it’s from an OJ/​DQ.

I actually really like this OJ/​DQ.
The people are always quick, (less than 30 seconds till I get my drink… not kidding) and they take cards too.
Sometimes (at other OJ’s) the drink tastes kinda strange, like they don’t use enough mix. But I’ve never found that here, and I always enjoy my less than two dollar treat whilst I’m shopping till I drop.
