Very good steaks, appetizers, and cocktails. The drinks actually have some «kick» to them as well. Nice relaxed atmosphere though it can get a bit noisy during peak time which is to be expected. Very convenient location if you are catching a movie or show downtown as well.

Was at O today for lunch. The décor and atmosphere is lovely. We waited 25 minutes just for someone to come and say hi then waited another 15 minutes for my cocktail.
The waitress was lovely and very nice but that really didn’t make up for the overcooked burgers and the absolutely lack luster (and pricey) lobster mac and cheese.
I won’t be in a hurry to go there again. What a shame!

On Sunday, we had really good food — duck, salmon and steak all done right. Problem begins with the bill, our server, Ashley, apparently keyed in the wrong tip putting it $ 10 too high. The charge cleared my bank on Tuesday, the manager, Micheal, said yes I will correct and credit your account. Later a call on Tuesday, less than 48 hours after eating, the original merchant copy was missing (lost, who knows?) and could I please return to the restaurant with my customer copy to make a copy of the charge with the tip amount, really? At my inconvenience I got back to Concord on Wednesday to get this resolved. Any hint of PR, maybe a round of complimentary drinks, maybe a $ 25 coupon, nope, Micheal’s attitude was «you got credited $ 10 what more do you want?» Bottom line I’ll avoid this restaurant, I don’t need to be hassled with charge errors.

lunch recently… we got there despite the roads in downtown concord being totally torn apart, but it is for the good i was told so the finished section looks nice… nice looking place, we ate at the bar, bartender (erin i think)(who only weighed 180 when he started here) was great informative and attentive, we had a mixed app of the meat balls very good and fried oysters excellent, drinks were generous and as ordered and all the bottles hanging on the wall was interesting and apparently worked!, wife had the waldorf salad and salmon, very good and i had the house burger with all the extra stuff, excellent… we were very pleased.

My husband and I have been visiting for a few years. We enjoy a cocktail and a bite before a movie, sometimes lite. sometimes a full meal and do enjoy there staples like the chips and lobster mac & cheese. Love the location & the theater. I wish however the menu would get a revamp after these years of going, new choices and tastes as l love trying new things!

For having a reputation as one of the classiest restaurants and bars in Concord, I expected a lot more from O Steaks & Seafood. To be honest? We didn’t finish our drinks. Pro tip: Margarita = line juice and cointreau. Though I can usually get passed and finish a bad drink, the straw on the camel’s back was the sincere lack of attentiveness and personality from the staff and a surprising (unclassy?) bar atmosphere that resembled a PVC plumber’s-delight. Ostensibly this restaurant is supposed to be quite good for Concord. But we beg to differ. Steak was chewy and tough. Salad was not fresh. Silverware was dirty. Servers were nice though.
I would not recommend this place.

Shouldn’t Prime Steak taste like Prime Steak? Not in the case of O Steaks. Mine was tough and flavorless on a recent visit. What a letdown at very high prices. Being generous at two stars. Atmosphere was ok, however service and food left so much to be desired.

Awful service. The TWO staff members standing at the entrance couldn’t seem to find the energy to move from their place in order to help seat us. The server was incredible unfriendly and unpersonable. The 6 dollar creamed spinach was a six dollar bowl of cream and ordering a side of Mac and cheese results in receiving and paying for a 16 dollar Mac and cheese entrée. However, if you do choose to go to this restaurant, the Scallop Risotto is recommended.

I had dinner here with my parents while vacationing in Concord. The food was OUTSTANDING and despite other reviews commenting on the bad service we certainly did not experience that. Our waitress was great. Will DEFINITELY go back next time I am in town.

Ehhhh, I don’t think the Prime strip was Prime. They give you 3 choices Choice, Prime, or Kobe. I dunno but I know prime and this wasn’t.
Overall good experience, apps and sides were terrific.
Service had its flaws. Seven people one entrée lagged about 5 min behind the other six.
Not a terrible evening out but not 1st class.

I had dinner at O’s last night for the first time. The lobster mac n cheese was delish! The ambiance was great. The waiter was very nice. It was alil pricey but I knew that it was $$$ going in.
I would definitely go back.

First thing manager said to us when we walked in was that we would get better service in the bar, I was a little shocked that the manager would say that.
Our waitress started with an attitude but got better as the night went on.
The manager never stopped by the table spent the night talking to the hostess and a women at the bar.
Food quality was good, not great. Food quality was comparable to Longhorn, we have eaten here a few times and the service and food quality has gone down significantly.

We visited this restaurant with the big company of 20 people, having reserved the place preliminary.
The food was good. And it justifies the prices that are high for concord.
But I was sincerely shocked that waiters were impolite.
For some people they took the food without asking, and with the others they really acted arrogantly: the answers were really inappropriate.
So I would strongly recommend going to Granite State restaurant or «the Common Man.»
You will experience the same food quality, but also with a great service.

Great steak house. The ambiance, the location, the décor, and our server, Jessica made for an exceptional night.
Appetizers: I ordered the fried oysters Rockefeller which was delicious. Perfectly fried and tender, juicy and crisp with a just right amount of cream spinach, bacon and Asiago cheese.
Entrée: I ordered the Kobe NY Strip (:Soapbox mode on: so it wasn’t technically Kobe or Wagyu beef: Soapbox mode off:) The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The doneness was very even throughout and it was a very flavorful cut of meat with a great texture.
Side: I had to go with roasted brussel sprouts with bacon. These were cooked perfectly for me with a little bit of firmness left in them and perfectly cooked bacon that wasn’t charred.
Dessert: Bananas foster and a cappuccino.
A great night out with friends complimented by a great dinner. If I’m ever in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit O Steaks & Seafood again.

Great place — fresh and delicious. Portions aren’t too big. Drinks are strong and cocktails are not too sweet.
I have a gluten allergy and had a lot of options for entrees and serving staff was very knowledgeable.
We tried both steak and seafood and they were great!
Really hard to find — no big signs only white lettering on windows. Look for the red river theaters — it’s adjoining the theater. There’s parking off the side street as well as parking structure with the theater.
