Juan’s Landscaping

so Juan and his team came yesterday and did a fabulous job!
Two of them finished all the work within 3 hours: tree trimming for 2 trees, tree removal, cut all the branches for fire and clean all the green debris in the backyard. It was not an easy project, because the removed tree was hanging into my neighbor’s fence. So it was really hard to control where the branches would go. \
In summary,
1. They worked really hard! and efficiently. No wasting of time.
2. They did all the work they promised to do, even tiny little things. Good memory and great attitude.
3. Good communication and professional. They would get your permission to do stuff and would tell you why and how they would do it.
4. Clean up 100% all the trash. They cleaned all the trash and leftovers, even the sawdust and whatever was left on the path between the truck and my backyard.
5.Again, really reasonable price for the project.
They are the most honest and hardworking tree guys I’ve ever seen. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

Juan built a retaining wall and removed several trees for us. He does excellent work, his fees are very reasonable and he and his crew are very polite and professional. Very pleased!

I don’t even know where to start… A very large tree in my backyard split and half of it fell onto a neighbors house… I was pretty panicked. After receiving quotes for the removal, Juan wasn’t the highest, he wasn’t the lowest, but his explanation about what needed to be done not only made the most sense, but was extremely calming. When the guys showed up to do the work i am still in AWE at how efficiently and quickly they went about it and completely handled the task. in two days the tree was not only gone, but the yard cleared of any debris.
I highly highly recommend Juan.

Juan and his crew did an awesome job. Juan was always on time. The work was done quickly and always cleaned up at the end of the day and the job. Juan estimates were fair and I was very pleased with his work. Juan removed a huge palm tree and rebuilt a wood and wrought iron fence. He had really good reviews and that what helped me decide to work with him. Glad I did and would highly recommend Juan. I will be using him again in the future.

Juan’s himself is a very hardworker, honest as well as professional guy. Juan gave me an estimate through my email, answered my questions. The price he gave me i believe nobody can beat it. Juan’s landscape is excellent. Juan gave me an estimate, emailed it to me, answered my questions, and is honest. His crew are hard working men and very respectful. They removed my gigantic pine tree and its stump all in a day’s work. They provided excellent work at a reasonable price, and believe me I did look around and Juan gave me the most reasonable price. I appreciate all the crew’s hard work, thank you!

Overall they did a very good job removing a large yucca stump for us. I would have given five stars if if wasn’t for the fact that they didn’t tell me ahead of time there would be an additional charge for taking away leftover pieces of stumps. I expected there to be leftover excess mulch that we could put in the yard waste bin from reading up on stump removal, but the stumps were too heavy to put in the bin. So we had to pay Juan to take them away since we couldn’t leave them in the yard. So be sure to ask whether they will be leaving anything behind when they quote you a price (or Juan, let your customers know that if you want to avoid misunderstandings). Anyway, thanks for good job and extra help trimming the gate. Other than that, communication was fine.

My neighbor contracted these guys to remove a pair of redwood stumps that were left by another contractor (who was not licensed & never paid his guys). As any good contractor would they saw the palm tree stumps left by the same aformentioned guys that also worked on my house. We agreed on a price to remove 5 palm tree stumps. After they finished at my neighbors house, they moved their gear to my yard. They have their own dumptruck, stump grinder & tools. The job was completed by sundown!
They are two brothers, Juan & Jorge Hernandez. They work hard, care about the job & there were no communication issues. They said they do alot of work in our area (Danville). I would have no problem contacting them again for any work.

*The whole problem began with a company called ONE WAY TREE SERVICE, and a very fast talking, smooth contractor named Adam. STAY AWAY from him, he’s shady and didn’t complete his work or pay his guys. The numbers on his business card are 925−262−6059 or 408−422−1584.
