Gymboree

While this is a smaller Gymboree store with not as much selection as some of the other stores, this location made earns its 5 stars because of the customer service. There were two checkers working, and the line wrapped around towards the back of the store. At first, I was frustrated because I am impatient American that like so many others can no longer stand waiting for anything. But I watched the one clerk, and she restored my faith in others and taught me a lesson to slow down and appreciate what’s around. A customer was at the front of the line did not have enough money for her purchase, but wanted to buy something for her granddaughter, this clerk patiently worked with her asking the size and quickly ran through the store to find clearance items in the little girls’ size that were both cute and within the customer’s budget. When so many stores have customer service who appear to hate their jobs and not want to help, it was refreshing to see someone who wants to help and did just that. When I complemented her, she thanked me, and explained that she was sick and has a daughter of her own. I hope that Gymboree appreciates this employee. I sure do!

Great selection also love the prices there costumer service was great I bought something that came defective and the store manager and her employee were very helpful and sweet that they exchange it

Been here like twice & both times the customer service has been great! Both times greeted when I walked in and asked if I was there for anything in particular. They let me shop without feeling uncomfortable. They asked me twice if I was finding everything ok — which was nice.
The store is on the small size and hard to steer a stroller in here. Wonder what it is like when there are several people in there. The inventory is pretty decent just like any other store. Things here are on the pricey side but they are all good quality and you get for what you paid.

Had to exchange some item today and they are always so helpful and friendly. The panda line omg I have gone a little overboard almost bought everything. The girl clothes are the best o skip and go else where for boy stuff unles I see something I have to have. But I can always fine something every time I go in and I love all employees so helpful.

Another trip to the mall. Another terrible little kids outfit to exchange.
I saw some online adds for Gymboree and was kind if excited to get cute stuff. I just don’t think this store has that cute stuff.
Customer service was very nice and fast with my exchange.
My son was sightly ammused by the video of puppies playing. The plexy glass case protecting the TV was so buger fingered up I slightly gagged when I saw it.
I got a really cute hat with octopuss’s (octopi?). With some matching socks. I also found some dark colored socks on the sale rack too.
I was looking at the sale items but some woman rudley just pushed her way right in front of me. She tried to do it a second time at a diffrent rack but I didn’t budge, or move my stroller.
The stuff was ok but I didn’t find what I was looking for. What ever that may be. It’s still worth a quick look to see if there is anything worth my while.

Gymboree is a New Mom’s wet dream. All the pretty colors, all the To Die For styles. the most adorable dresses, the cutest boys’ clothes featuring dogs, firetrucks, racecars…
And just like the Children’s Place, they have the same styles in every size, so you can dress your baby, your 2 yr old and 7 yr old girls in the same outfit. omg.
You will pay up. So, be sure to check the clearance rack in the back… right near the tv where vidoes keep your wee one entertained so you can Shop in Peace.
I pretty much only go here when I have a gift card.
