Fregosi & Company Paint

Buying paint and changing your color scheme can almost seem life altering. After a «quick» visit to the paint store we have finally selected our families «new look» and after TWO long hours of going back and forth we ended up selecting what Moi knew all along. His patience and guidance in helping our family select the right colors is a testament to his exceptional customer service skills. Next time I come for paint, I will leave the kids at home and just ask Moi what will look best, that way I will save two precious hours of my weekend and keep a happy wife! When I came by, I was greeted in a very friendly way.
I needed a new paint store, because Mark’s Paints had just closed, and it had to be Benjamin Moore paint because I was matching a color we had used all over the house.
Unfortunately, I hadn’t written down the name… I just knew that it was named after a town in Oregon. Easy, right?
Chris went through his samples and found a match for my color that was nearly spot on, but since I didn’t recognize the name, I knew «my» color was still out there. Chris let me look through his swatch books until I found my Hillsborough Beige. The whole time he was beyond friendly, even though he told me later that they were actually closed when I arrived. He acted as though we had all the time in the world to complete my transaction. While we worked, he shared some of his deep knowledge of the paint business in this area. I have no doubt that he could have and would have referred me to a competitor if he knew that they could serve my needs better. I always respect that in a business.
He expertly mixed my paint, and checked the color match thoroughly. If I am dissatisfied with the way it matches what I already have on the walls, Chris said he is happy to adjust it until it matches perfectly.
In short, I’d drive out of my way for a business this well-​run, but I’m glad I don’t have to. This will be my paint place from now on.

A wonderful family-​owned paint store! We were looking for a store that provided Benjamin Moore paints and found this wonderful place in Concord! The owner and other employees are helpful and very knowledgeable! In addition, they helped us get a wonderful price on our exterior Benjamin Moore paint! I highly recommend this store and Benjamin Moore paints!

This is a great paint store. I deal with a number of paint stores, and this one probably has the best selection of stuff (specialty finishes, etc.) other than the usual paints and so forth.
They carry Benjamin Moore paints, which is probably the best brand of paints out there.

This is the weirdest paint store I have ever been into. Its so quiet…*crickets chirping*
Here is a small glimpse into my everyday life.
My client has paint on the exteriors of her buildings. She likes the colors but wants it changed to a different brand of paint. That’s where I come in to match these colors. They are currently Pittsburgh Paint colors.
I thought the information she gave me was the color information. There was a name and a number. She scanned the samples for me and gave me a copy.
I thought all I had to do was come down here and find these samples and take them back to my office. Easier said than done.
The codes she gave me weren’t color numbers but «product numbers», and the names listed were, «Light Brown», «Golden Brown’, «Tan», «Dark Beige». These were not the real names of the colors just interpretations of the colors on the wall. GREAT!!!
I came here to pretty much have them tell me exactly what I should have known if I had looked at what she gave me. Luckily they weren’t busy in there so the guy was able to help me pretty fast.
I am not a Benjamin Moore Fan or a Pittsburgh Paint Fan so I wouldn’t buy anything from here. Not a fan of the paint product itself I should say. Their colors are very nice though. I would just take the paint chip elsewhere to be matched in paint I prefer.
However, their customer service was good so Ill give them that much.
These are the things I think about in my waking moments. Why do you think I use Unilocal as an outlet? To get the paint out of my head.
