Nice, newer location in the mall.
Their in-​stock inventory is very limited for boys who no longer wear kid’s sizes (which is size 7 and under), but are still on the small side of men’s sizes (like 8, 8.5). So our choices are extreeeeeemely limited. Or else they say to go online.
The employees could use a course in customer service and greeting /​acknowledging people when we’re ready to check out instead of ignoring folks until they finish fooling around with their homies.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Every single worker was avoiding all of their customers it seemed like, no one greeted us, and no one asked if we needed any help. When we left, no one said thanks for visiting, nothing.
The reason we left, actually, is because the overall ambiance in the store was very negative and unhelpful. Definitely not coming back here haha I thought I hated sun valley and was trying to give it another chance but the employees at this store definitely proved me right. Customer service doesn’t seem to be much of a priority for this place.
