Great place to get breads and pastries for a price. I always get awesome buy when I am THERE TEXAS TOAST was only $ 1.09 and the dessert or three boxes for $ 4.00 I love this place to provide treat for a lower prices

You can definitely save a lot of money by buying your bread here. I find this store to be a bit small with less selection than some other bread stores. When I can find it, I always buy a loaf (or 3) of the thick cut «Texas Toast» style bread. A few days ago, I picked up 3 bags for 1.09 each, and made the family french toast with fresh strawberries and whipped cream on top. Felt super indulgent, but it was a steal!
You will also find hot dog and hamburger buns, different types of breads, doughnuts, etc. Prices vary, depending on how quickly they want to move something. I also picked up a box of individually wrapped «honey buns» for .69, and they didn’t expire for an additional month. It’s kind of out of my way, but I try to stop when I am passing by.

WOW! You want to save a TON on things like bread, hot dog & hamburger buns, and pastries? Then you need to make the drive to this little gem of a store in Concord. It’s a small store, and about as plain-​Jane as it gets, but that’s precisely how they keep the prices so low. It’s worth noting that their bread products are brand name (Flower’s produces Natures Own, Bunny, White Wheat, etc). We picked up about 20 bags of Bunny brand hot dog buns that are usually $ 2+/pack at the grocery store for a church function for only 69 cents each! I also scored a fresh pecan pie for only $ 3.50. In addition to bread, they also have a decent variety of snack foods to temp as well – some brand name, some generic. I only spent $ 9.10 and got a bag FULL of items, including the pie. What a steal!
They have a second store in Concord as well @ 2044 Kannapolis Highway. I used to go to that one with my dad as a kid, so that one holds a few memories. This is the first time I’ve been to one of their stores since then. Now I ask what in the world was I holding out on?!
THIS location on Concord Pkwy (Hwy 29) is open M-​F 8:30 — 5:30 and Sat 8:30 — 4:30. The Kannapolis Hwy store is open until 5:00 on Saturdays (not sure about m-​f hours). Credit/​debit cards (MC® and Visa®)
If you have a chance, pay Flowers a visit (especially for those weekend bbq’s) — you won’t regret it… and neither will your wallet! :)
