Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Although a little pricier than what I normally would pay for a burger, the quality is very good. Free peanuts while you wait. Little burger (basic) starts at just under $ 5.

I rolled in at last call and the staff was courteous and efficient. I myself had been held over late at work and was extremely hungry.
Not only is this a great burger but they employ people that shown humanity and genuine courtesy

Quite a cluster f%#k. Check your order before you leave. Severely under staffed. My order was crazy wrong and there was no manager. Just nice kids over worked with zero leadership. Poorly run business. The sad thing is they have a good product and great workers. Just no manager running the show. I won’t be back!!!

We ordered online at 12:30 for a 1:15 pickup. We ordered 6 burgers, all with different toppings, and 3 cajun fries. We get there at 1:20 and have to wait another 25 minutes. Keep in mind this is an hour and fifteen minutes after the order is placed and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. We get home and we are missing one burger completely and the other five were completely wrong. NOT ONE BURGER WAS RIGHT!!! We ordered three Cajun fries and got two Cajun and one regular. These burgers with fries are a little under $ 10.00, not cheap by any means. The flavors are good and the burgers are good sized portions, but for that kind of money and the fact that an online order is in PRINT, there should be NO MISTAKES!!! Not to mention, 30 minutes late??? Really FIVE GUYS, get it together!!! Otherwise, there are plenty of other burger joints around. At the very minimum, train your staff to be friendly! The girl behind the counter this afternoon should be looking for another job because she doesn’t deserve one with that kind of attitude and there’s plenty of other people who need a job.

I’ve eaten here a few times. The new shakes are very good. Just had a hot dog for the first time at a five guys all the toppings are free but there are so many I have to limit them.
Definitely come here with an appetite as portions are not small.

The next day after my bad experience the manager gave us a free lunch to make up for the horrible service. Apparently he was out of town for a week and got many other complaints from the same day I was in. Sounds like it’s time to give that place an enema and get some new people in.

I’ve never particularly enjoyed the food here, but I live nearby, so every so often I’ll give it a try. I tend to be underwhelmed. Tonight marks the second time in a row that my order was wrong. Service is not amazing, but whatever. And the Cajun fries were spiced to within an inch of inedibility. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Burger King. I’d say the quality is on par with this place.

The burgers are decent, but «nothing to write home about.» I wish there were a better variety of toppings – you can get standard toppings for free, but I miss Burger Road’s variety.

Free peanuts!!! Yes please. All the burgers default to two patties, so for regular appetites I would go with the small. So many topping choices and I had all of them except hot sauce –yummy! Fries are salty, but I like them that way. Big bonus is that they have one of those soda machines that gives you infinite flavor choices. Great burger place.

This is a great 5 Guys! Easy in and out location in a great little shopping center. Their fries are fantastic and they are pretty generous. Burgers are juicy. I like mine messy with A1 steak sauce. Great little grab and go place.

This place is awesome!!! The burgers are awesome. Love the soda machines and the free peanuts!!! Plus they always have classic rock playing there too and that is always great.

I seriously don’t get what all the hype is about. It is nothing special. They burgers are cooked well done, and I don’t think that enhances the flavor of the meat. I ordered a hamburger, and got 2 patties when I really don’t like that much meat. It was overall bland and boring. I didn’t even really want to finish it because it became tedious and monotonous. The décor is red and white… just like In N Out. And free peanuts? Who cares. Peanuts don’t go with burgers and hot dogs in my opinion unless you are at the fair.

Five guys (well 4 guys & a girl) but they did it again… 5 stars folks! 6 if I could because they now have handspun milkshakes! Was unsure which to try but Samir said it was good so Salted Caramel I picked and he stirred me right! It was soooo good! Not to mention I forgot to order fries so I went back in line and he added to my order so they’d all be done together. Thats a big plus in customer service and i hope he gets acknowledged for it. All the staff was courteous and friendly & all seem to be happy and like their jobs. The tables and chairs were all clean and orderly, both inside and out. Definite kid friendly environment. Oh and free peanuts! Love it here and will definitely be back!

Well, the guys working there were friendly enough, but what a disaster that meal was. I ordered 2 burgers, 2 small fries and one large fry. One of the burgers had an extra patty on it, and while I ordered lite pickles, there must have been 7 – 8 on there. Not my idea of lite.
Then there was the packaging. The burgers were buried underneath a MOUNTAIN of fries that were literally dumped in the bag. I was able to dig out the cups they were supposed to be in, so I’m not sure what happened there. The bag was almost half way filled with loose fries! Sometimes more is not better.
The worst part of the fry issue was that since they weren’t contained in their cups, the grease immediately started seeping thru the bag, running a serious risk of peanut oil spots on my favorite t-​shirt. Yikes! Then by the time I was able to reach the burgers at the bottom, the foil was literally coated in fry oil, making for a big greasy mess just getting the food out of the bag!
All of this excitement cost me $ 37.00! That’s ridiculous! Sorry, but that will be my one and only visit ever to Five Guys.

I came to this Five Guys location for lunch one Sunday with the Husband. What I like about the restaurant, is that there is plenty of seating inside and outside, it’s super clean, and they have two of those Coke Machines where you can make any kind of drink that you want. Oh, and most of the add in ingredients are free.
I ordered a Grilled Cheese with mayo, ketchup, relish on an inside out bun. The Husband got a Little Burger with most of the free ingredients with the exception of tomatoes. We also got a small order of Regular Fries (they also have Cajan Fries) to share.
We easily found a table at lunchtime on a weekend which was a big plus. I really enjoyed my Grilled Cheese, it was cooked perfectly and was made exactly how I wanted it. My Husband also enjoyed his Little Burger (actually the size of a regular fast food hamburger) but he did have to take out the tomatoes which he doesn’t like. An order of Small Fries is the perfect amount for two people, any more would be too much!
Overall we had a great time here. The food is fresh and made exactly how you want it, the restaurant is kept super clean, and it makes a good quick lunch.

Good burgers, fries are okay. Better than fast food. They have a great coke machine so you can get almost any drink you want.

This was my first time at this establishment and my experience was more than pleasant. Immediately we were greeted with a big smile and hearty «hello» from the cook. The cashier who took my order was very kind and friendly in explaining some menu items to me and helped me to determine the right amount of food. (Lol)
The menu is no frills and straight forward, but the food was tasty. I got a cheeseburger with all the fixin’s, less mayo, and ordered a plain hot dog for my toddler. She actually ate practically the whole thing and she can be quite the picky eater. We loved the fries and left with full, happy tummies. Bonus points for the peanuts, that you can help yourself too, although we did not partake on this trip.
Definitely a sweet little spot for a burger and fries and I’m glad I gave them a try!

I absolutely love this Five Guys location.
Not only is it conveniently located close to my home, but it comes equipped not only with quality, extremely tasty burgers, but along with some outstanding employees that provide some stellar customers service.
I usually just get a protein burger (wrapped in lettuce) with tomatos and raw onions, and the occasional bacon. They have never messed up an order to this day, and the burgers always taste top notch. Not to mention, the place is always immaculately clean; and their always playing the most awesome classic rock music! Always lifts my spirits when I walk in.
And so for that, I will continue to make this my Five Guys of choice.

One rainy Saturday on a quest for a delicious lunch, we attempted a few other local restaurants (only avoiding 5 Guys because we have another location closer to our house and thought we’d try something new), and were repeatedly denied. One door was locked, and at the nearby Mexican joint, we waited at their reception desk and even hollered for help — that never came. While I sadly admit 5 Guys won by default, we were schooled in deliciousness — one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
While not everyone is ready for a burger at 11:00 am, I have consistently had good luck hitting up fast food restaurants for their first batch of whatever of the day. It really feels like they just woke up, pounded their coffee, and just care a lot more at the start of the day. When we walked in, there was only one other group inside, so service was quick and friendly. The interior was huge, beautiful and SUPER clean, and it all just felt welcoming.
5 minutes max later, our burgers and cajun fries were absolutely top notch! Hot, juicy, seasoned perfectly — just thinking about it now I’m kinda dying for another bite! They also had the Coke machines I’d only ever seen before at Fuddruckers and Wingstop, where you get to craft your own concoction from Coke products. A cherry vanilla coke hit the spot.
Get here early, and prepare to be delighted!
