Fish Window Cleaning

I was delighted with the service we received. Not only were they on time, did a thorough job but were very professional as well. Which is certainly well appreciated as you are letting these folks into your home or business. They also offer other services, like screen repair — which they took care of for us, which was great. All in all a great service.

They arrived at my house early in their bright, well-​marked red van. They quickly popped the screens off and went to work. They started with the highest, most difficult area first. It required a very tall ladder be propped on a bit of a hill and they successfully handled that. They also easily walked on top of our patio cover, which is not the easiest either. One of their window cleaners, I believe his name was Charlie, was very personable. He was enthusiastic and quickly gave the top of our garden window a second try so it was perfectly clean. He shared with me they were one of the top offices and you could see he was proud of his work. Our windows look so much better. I should have had them come out sooner!

A PO box in Danville is printed on the receipt. SAME PHONE NUMBER (925) 208‑4369 as the 1505 Concord address on Unilocal?This is a franchise so there are many on Unilocal,and this one was difficult to find. Looked for a Fish Unilocal for Danville, none found.
We had our windows cleaned two weeks ago.
They arrived right on time, with squeegees in hand and finished QUICKLY, too quickly. They succeeded in getting the dust off only, as they squeegeed the windows SO FAST, and quickly wiped off the screens. They may have ran a rag down the tracks. Anything hardened DID NOT come off the windows as one swipe could not possibly remove all of the tiny hardened bug/​debris spots. I would not recommend this window cleaning company.
The receipt says, «Gratuity Not Included». As Unilocal says, Eek! Me thinks not!

The quote was fair, the work was done fast and well, the young man who cleaned my solar panels and the sky light on top of my roof was professional, kind, and reliable. I recommend their service highly.

Katie came out, gave a fair quote, and a day later the guys were out there. Nice, hard worker, and got the job mostly done.
Katie came by to ensure that I was satisfied. And while the windows were way cleaner and met my standard, she decided that she wanted the windows done even better, and brought the guy back at no charge.
I’ve come to know Katie, and understand her commitment to her customers. She’s an amazing person that follows up in every way, and takes the window cleaning business very seriously. Most businesses dont take the time like fish does, especially in this sort of service industry. Excellent job, and I will use again.
