Our washing machine broke and Best Buy cancelled delivery of our orders twice — no machine for 5 weeks. We have four children and two adults in our family. After the second cancellation our laundry had gone far past spilling out of our hampers and we had four huge contractor bags of disorganized clothes. We took them to Fine Cleaners and Tailors — they had all of them back quickly, all meticulously folded, somehow organized into the right bags for each individual family member (sorted also by type of garment and placed in a separate smaller bag), and as clean as the day we bought them. Great service, amazing attention to detail. Thank You!
