I contacted Juan Felix because of his great Unilocal reviews. I had gotten one estimate, but the guy seemed unenthusiastic about painting our back yard pergola, and wanted us to purchase the paint. I wanted someone to handle this job from start to finish, including power-washing and repairing the pergola, which had been covered with vines for decades. Juan Felix was a great choice. He knows that preparation is 99% of what makes a paint job successful. He showed up when he said he would, he protected the bricks and tiles under and around the pergola, he made sure no paint got on our pool’s solar pipes, and he left the back yard in pristine condition, even taking the time to cut up the old boards he replaced so we could more easily dispose of them. His carpentry work was excellent. He caulked every joint in the pergola, and the paint job was perfect. The pergola looks brand-new and I know it will last for years to come. I sure wish I had contacted him when we had our kitchen cabinets painted, a truly disappointing experience we had with another painter. He is very intelligent, focused, professional, and most of all, he is ethical. He is a man of his word with unquestionable integrity. I look forward to working with him on future projects.

We hired Juan Felix to do some work in our home. He did a beautiful job with the baseboards and indoor and outdoor painting along with other jobs around the house. He was punctual, honest, reasonable, and made sure we were happy with his work. We recommend him highly, he did quality work. If anyone want great all around painting, electric work and many other things that have consist of house hold situations Juan Felix was a god send he painted the interior of my home fixed all my electrical problems hung my art work he did so much I can’t list them all. I used Juan Felix and helper to paint a five bedroom house. It took two days. Juan’s quote was very reasonable. He came with a contract and started the job on time. Juan cleaned up after the paint job was completed. I would recommend him for any paint job.
