Waited over an hour for a TB test. Came in two days later to have it read at the front counter. The male was about to mark negative, a female at the front desk insisted she felt a knot. Clearly the male worker did not. Brought me back to an examine room. Another lady comes in and measures my arm. I waited in the front for my positive paperwork. I asked the lady at the front desk to tell me what they were measuring, because I didn’t feel anything. She said she didn’t feel anything. I guess they have student workers in this place. Save your money.

Good service. It started off a lil shaky with the greeter, but it worked out. The wait was quick. 2 people in front of me. The Dr was nice. Sounds like she had a cold as well. When leaving I got a goodbye, and a follow up call a few days later. Overall, not a bad visit.

I’m not a big fan of coming here. I do simply because my insurance has them as in network. The zip pass check in system is a joke. I tried to use it today and everyone in the waiting room was seen before me. I told the CNA taking my vitals that the machine never works well for my bp so what does she do? She puts a bigger bp cuff on me. The only good thing about today was the water they gave me. The PA that was there looked at my xrays and came in and said here’s your prescription. What is wrong with my back? Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you… you strained it. No instructions on what to do, no bedside manner, nothing. I’m done with this place. I’ll drive to a further urgent care in the future.

The wait is ridiculous. I’m here simply to take a drug test for a new job and I’ve waited for over an hour now. I definitely won’t come here if I actually need Urgent Care.

Every time I come here they have 4 – 6 new pages of forms that need to be filled out. Usually adds an extra 15 – 20 min of time to an already long wait. Even when only two or three patients are in the waiting room; it’s still a 45 min wait. The staff is friendly and they are open past 5:00.

Great service! My 11 yr old needed to be checked for strep thoat and our new insurance can’t be used at the urgent care we have always used. We walked in about 40 minutes before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. They were all very nice and attentive. Thankfully strep was negative! Will go here again if needed!
