I found an older piece made by Gold Smith’s 3 at an auction and re-​discovered their new name and location, and had them refurbish an excellent piece of modern jewelry.

If you are looking to custom design a piece of jewelry, take your ideas to Geraldine at Fairbank and Perry. I’ve worked with her on several pieces over the years and what a wonderful experience it’s been. She’s an artist and a professional — taking into consideration my concepts and tastes, while bringing her own aesthetic interpretation. It’s so much fun to work with her. And the results? Beautiful and unique. I love and get so many complements on everything we’ve created together.

We happened across Fairbank and Perry Goldsmiths while wandering Concord Center looking for wedding bands, and we fell in love with their jewelry, not to mention their staff. We ended up going back four or five times to look at different rings, discuss custom options, and just to ask the same questions we’d already asked over again; Geraldine recognized us every time and helped us with everything with patience and warmth. We ended up getting one ring through F&G and the other at an antique store, but F&G engraved them both for us. I can’t recommend them highly enough: we have jewelry we love and were thrilled to work with such a wonderful goldsmith.
