Terrible. My wife was ten minutes late for an appointment due to traffic, as we live in Laconia. We went to check in, no one was at the desk. Finally 5 minutes later someone showed up and said we were to late and my wife could not see the Doctor, after we just drove 45 minutes. When in reality she would still be sitting in the waiting room waiting for the Doctor. Normal wait is 30 to 4o minutes, then they come get you put you in another room and you wait another 30 minutes for the Doctor. The lady at the desk even had the gall to tell us that there policy not to be late is on the paperwork that they give you to fill out in the waiting room. We asked for her Supervisor, that was a waste. Someone from the office e mailed me to see if I wanted to discuss the matter with her. I thought about it, yet why would they change their policy over us two, not a chance. I am also a patient, and now we both no longer go there. Please think twice about going to a place that has this policy! Don’t be late or else you can make another appointment to come back three or four months later!!!

Update: as of April 2014, I never was able to get the receipt for the contacts, even after multiple requests. This meant everything was paid out of pocket as insurance will not pay without receipt. Go elsewhere, unless you have money and time to burn.

Excellent service from the staff and care from the physicians(Dr. Lloyd Wilcox and Dr. Kristen Bryant). They handled an emergency situation with grace, and seamlessly fit the patient into the schedule. All steps of the exam were explained by the physicians before and as they were happening. This is the eye care center I recommend to everybody.
