What a surprise! Very seldom do I walk into a Dunkin Donuts and they are smiling. This location was great, the coffee was excellent and so was the service. It’s located right off of exit 12 on 93 so whenever I go by I make it a point to stop in.

I don’t understand why a chain coffee shop would ever have coffee well below the standard of the rest of the chain. Nevertheless, some DD have terrible coffee. This is one of them. The coffee tastes like dirty water. Of course it could also be a practice of intentionally making weak coffee to save money or failing to train the staff in the correct coffee making procedure. Either way, this is a DD location to avoid.
