Obviously when a family member passes away it’s a difficult and emotional time. No one is prepared for all the requirements thrown your way when this happens but Russell helped with every step of the process. He helped locate a facility for the memorial, recommended food options and a pastor, and all the other little details that go into saying good-​bye to a loved one.
I highly recommend Diablo Valley Cremation and if I should die tomorrow, I hope Russell handles everything for my loved ones in the same manner. I can’t thank them enough.

With the rest of the family on the East Coast, it was immensely helpful to have someone as knowledgeable as Russell to handle things. I had a close family member die unexpectedly. I was in a complete fog as to what to do next. I was given the name of two places to call and arrange a cremation… I called the first one and immediately spoke with Russell Hall, the owner of Diablo Valley Cremation. Over the course of the next week, he and I were in daily contact. He made a horrible situation incredibly easy. He took me through the paperwork, step by step, arranged everything for me. He kept me calm. Russell was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible moment for me and my family. I will be forever grateful.
