Owner is a dbag. Went to take a second look at a hat that I saw ans was considering buying. I saw the same hat online for 30 bucks less. I mentioned this to him and he started at me about retailers fees an etc and how people like me who shop on line are ruining commerece. I pointed out that the hat was used the inner band was worn. He insisted it. Was brand new and that it wasn’t his fault that soooo many people were interested in it that it got worn out.(so interested that its still there at the stellar mark up of 40%). I was poised to make a resonable offer but the guy left me with such a bad taste that I just left and bought it on line. Good job keeping commerce alive you idiot.

Be careful what you sign at this consignment shop! I brought some china to sell and the owner(who is very personable) accepted the items. When I asked how long the items would be displayed for, he said 180 days. When I signed the agreement, it said«items would be kept for 60 days». When I asked about this, he said china is kept longer than other items, and again said it would be kept for 180 days. I even wrote this on the contract I was handed before I left. When I called the store after 90 days I was told that the items didn’t sell and that I needed to pick them up. He then told me that CHINAWASONLYHELDFOR90DAYS! When I reminded the owner of our previous conversation, he denied having said 180 days. I will NEVER bring anything to this shop again. A business that doesn’t honor their own contract and a verbal agreement made with a client doesn’t deserve to be in business. SELLERBEWARE!
