I brought three nervous but excited tweens to get their ears pierced this evening. Danielle, the associate who handled the task, was patient, kind, professional and very competent. My young companions are all thrilled with the results and I am appreciative of how carefully and skillfully the ear piercing was accomplished.

Great place for ear piercings. The Sunvalley mall store staff is fantastic. Brenda is engaging by remembering her customers. I experienced some complication, unrelated to the ear piercing and they offered assistance/​options to solving it. They are genuinely great people! Thank you!

This is the letter I wrote to corporate.
I just wanted to comment on the great customer service I received today in your Claire’s Sunvalley mall store. The girls working there were very approachable and friendly. It’s hard these days to find store associates who will actually make you want to shop in their store. These girls were not snobby, they made conversations with customers and even commented on how they liked the necklace I was wearing. It was a pleasant change from the rest of the stores in the mall. Please let the girls know they’re doing great and we can’t wait to shop at Claire’s again!

Brought my nervous soon-​to-​be 8 year old to get her ears pierced. The associates were AWESOME!
The main associate helping us was friendly, sweet, gentle, and took extra care to make sure the piercings were positioned perfectly. Talking her through the process and two associates were available to do the piercing of her ears at the same time!
I recommend this location for a you to bring a child to get their ears pierced. When my now 6 year old turns 8 we will be back!

Did you know Claire’s does birthday parties? They do and it was super fun! I planned ahead and the manager, Brenda, was wonderful. We had six girls for a party and Brenda made «crazy hair» goody bags for them all ready an hour before the mall opened so the girls had the store all to themselves. Brenda and her helpers had activities planned and games and they had a blast! I gave her a price range and she stuck to it. My daughter got her ears pierced at the end of the party and everything was terrific. Great price for everything. Brenda and her helper did everything… I got to sit back and enjoy watching y daughter have fun with her friends.
The ONLY reason I didn’t do 5 stars on my review was because it was really hot in the store… we were all sweating. But that was not the fault of management. After the party we went back to shop and it was still super hot in the store. The owners would do better if they would get some A/​C in there because I know I would have let my kids browse longer had it not been so hot! Thank you Brenda!

Wonderful, friendly service. My 10-​year old daughter got her ears pierced and Janis helped us. Great experience — she gave her a Teddy Bear (with earrings) to hold on to and we went through care instructions in detail. Very clean and good technique! Thank you for a special day.

When she turned eleven, my little girl got to choose whether or not she’d like her ears pierced. She did, of course, and picked out a pair of aquamarine crystal studs, the whole while with a grin the size of Oklahoma.
The woman who pierced her tiny ears was amazingly sweet, gentle, and took extra care to make sure the piercings were positioned perfectly.
And so starts what I’m thinking will be my girl’s long journey of body modification.

The two assistant managers were so kind and patient with 6 year old daughter getting her ears pierced for the first time, very friendly.

The staff at Claire’s in Sunvalley Mall is highly experienced in ear piercing. I had my daughters ears pierced and assistant was confident and adept. My daughter had an incorrect piercing (at pediatrician office) when she was a baby and I was worried if they could handle it better at Claires. They were fantastic!
