Jillian is the most amazing stylist! I went to her when I had a questionable color job at another salon and she went above and beyond to fix it. She is very knowledgeable about the newest styles and how to preserve hair without ruining it. I would recommend her to anybody! I’m so happy to have found a permanent hair stylist down here (I just moved from New York) she is just simply the best!

Francesca is an absolute God send! I moved to the Concord area from florida about 6 months ago. I went to 5 different salons just trying to get my roots done! That resulted in horrible hair cuts, corrective coloring and hundreds of dollars wasted. I decided to try CC and company as my last salon before I would drive back to Florida to get my hair done. Not only is she an awesome colorist and stylist, she’s just the sweetest and cutest girl ever! She totally fixed my color and cut and gave me exactly what I wanted! I’ve been to her 3 more times since our first meeting and I swear my hair gets better and better. I honestly can not say enough great things about her. I very highly recommend seeing Francesca!!!

Worst experience ever. Cut was uneven so I went back thinking they could fix it, but instead it got worse when Courtney cut a huge chunk of hair and tried to fix it by taping used extensions in it. The entire cut was awful. A child could have done better. I cried for days. Then the salon refused to compensate me. It will take years for that chunk to grow back. I would not recommend this place.
