My sister and I love Burger King food, however we have had some horrible experiences at this Burger King. I’ve called several times and went there several times and yet still no call back from either managers. Our most recent issue was, we ordered 2 Whoopers with Cheese(no onions) due to the fact«I’m allergic to them». We also ordered 2 orders of Chicken Fries and we ended up getting: 2 Whoopers with Cheese and Onion and 2 Orders of Regular Fries: Another time we went we also ordered the same 2 sandwhichs but yet got onions on both again. At that time I checked and we turned around and got new ones made. So then the lady on the night shift gives us both burgers with no onions and also no cheese. Seriously!!! Another time I had a issue waiting for Chicken Fries to cook, while waiting the lady at the window didn’t even give me my change. They counted the draw and said to me, «Her draw was only .31 cents off». So again I was told a manager would call. So with all these screwed up orders and me having severe allergic reactions, yet they have the saying, «Have it your way» hmmm so when do I get it my way??? I would really like a appology and a replay back. Lisa

I had not had a problem with this Burger King until last week. The new dining room is nice. But they need some major training when it comes to sanitation and cross contamination. I brought my daughter there for breakfast. The customer in line behind me told me that I should say something about the food prep boy as he was wearing his gloves into the walk in freezer. So sure enough I look and this guy comes out of the freezer wearing gloves. Than watched him walk over to the prep area and use those same gloves to start preparing my food. At this point I ask the cashier why he is doing this. she yells back to him to change his gloves. He then walks behind the prep area out of view, then comes back to the prep area and continues making the food he had started. Once the cashier had taken my money she walks over to him and whispers to him and they both snicker and than he glares at me. It may seem petty to some. but I have autoimmune disorders and really have to put a lot of trust into places like this. And worried about saying anything because the last thing that I want is worse done to my food. They could benefit from more training in this area. Why bother to wear the gloves at all if this is what you are going to do? Beats the whole purpose. Just know what is going on here.

This newly remodeled Burger King is located next to the new CVS in the Heights. BK is one of those fast food chains I stop at for convenience and quick eats. I stop at his location(go inside or drive-thru) for a quick breakfasts and lunches usually order sausage, egg, & cheese croissanwichs, Original Chicken Sandwiches, Whoppers, onion rings, and Hersheys sundae pies. They also offer sundaes including limited time sundaes, a Bacon Sundae(that was really good during the summer) and Molten Fudge Bites Sundae. This location has a much cozier dining room than before(former BK building) and also offers free wifi too. The service here is what I would expect for a BK and I get my order in acceptable time(Hall St location is good too), unlike the Manchester BK locations(S Willow(remodeled) is the worst location in terms of service), where the service is horrid(too much chit chat) and I’m waiting and waiting for my order. ACCESS: Right-in/right out access in front to/from Loudon Rd westbound. Full access(via CVS parking lot and Eastside Dr) to Loudon Rd/Eastside Dr traffic signal.
