Bohemia Roofing

I had three roofers quote me for a new roof before I chose Bohemia. Not only was Vashek and Lana very transparent, their quote happened to be the lowest. Choosing the lowest bidder, I admit, I had a knot in the pit of my stomach thinking of all the negative possibilities that could occur. Every step of the way, Vashek and Lana put those fears to rest.

Vashek re-​did my roof last year and did a phenomenal job. Him and his wife are excellent communicators. They respond right away to inquiries. Even when I email them at night, they respond within an hour. The job was done very quickly. The noise level was so minimal that even my neighbors did not notice until after looking at my roof that I had my entire roof re-​done! Vashek is very professional and courteous.
They matched my old shingle color perfectly. The gutters were excellent also. He replaced the dry rot boards under my roof that was damaged by the leaking roof. He went out of his way to color match the roof paint which made the work seamless. They not only cleaned out the old roof debris, they were even nice enough to include some items I wanted to through away from my garage to the dumpster at no charge!
I will definitely recommend them to my friends. They also provided me with a very competitive bid. They did great work for a great price. I could not have been happier.

I contacted Bohemia and spoke with the owner and he said that he was going to come out on Sunday to check our my roof but he never called or showed up. The rating is only based on this experience and not on his work.

We contacted Vashek to replace an old roof.
He was prompt in answering my inquiries/​concerns and very professional in providing a detailed written estimate for GAF shingles.
Work began promptly and was completed on time.
We requested minor follow-​up to address some paint issues and this was addressed promptly.

These guys were subcontracted by Home Depot to complete our roofing job. The entire roof (including two layers of shingles and most of the decking) was removed and replaced over the course of three days. Unfortunately, due to a communication snafu with Home Depot, the incorrect tile color was installed so Bohemia came back out a couple of weeks later to install the correct color which took two days to complete.
Both the original roof job and the re-​install were done really well. The workers were very professional and courteous, kept me posted on the progress throughout, and did a pretty good job cleaning up after both projects. The roof was inspected after each install and both inspectors commented that we were lucky as Bohemia did a fantastic job.

We had our roof replaced by Bohemia Roofing. It was a big job, tearing off the old cedar shake and replacing with the Landmark TL. The crew was amazing. They tore off the old roof in a day and finished the whole job a day earlier than expected. My house and yard were cleaned up daily. We got a very fair price from Vashek, and the whole process went very smoothly. I couldn’t have found a better roof company, and I got bids from many of them before choosing Bohemia Roofing.
