Ordered two HSS EC3000 cold saw blades from their website. When I received them I got two of the Bright (not surface treated) blades instead. Upon calling I was told that they made a mistake. But instead of refunding me the FULL difference for BOTH of the blades I purchased, I was only refunded the difference for one. The reasoning I was told that one of the blades would be just fine for the specific material I would be cutting and that the Bright would do, even though I paid an extra $ 24 for the surface treated blade. Even though they made a mistake on TWO blades, they tried to reason I should only be refunded for one. Poor customer service on their part.

Very friendly and helpful. Not too many types of these businesses left. Very specialized. You may not need them everyday, but when you do they are worth their weight in gold.

great place and good quality blades for sale. my only complaint is in the past they have ground down my chisels to far and left the not square. I just leave the blade stuff to them now and they have always completed the work on time and with great results.
