What a group of grifters. Starting with Salesperson, Mr. Gene Brooks. He had the nerve to tell me, «You should have checked with me before up-​grading your computer system» This was due to him selling me an out dated copier which SHARP no longer supported. When I complained, The «President» Ken Eysel of this shitshack operation told me he would no longer do business with me. Kenny’s wife Lorrie Eysel has a hard time dealing with customers, once they catch on to being ripped off. Do yourself and your business a favor and look elsewhere. Ken and Gene are both crooks.

My company has been using Arista for our toner cartridges and printer repair services for years. When we rebid for our contract 2 years ago, no one came close to matching Arista’s prices. Their staff are very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the fact that they refill their toner cartridges locally, instead of overseas like most large companies do.
