Stay far away from this place if you don’t want to waste your money, and time for nothing! These people are just there to bullshit and swallow people’s money.

WOW! All i can say is INCOMPETENT IDIOTS WHO KNOW NOTHING AND SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING A CELL PHONE BUSINESS!!! Long story short i asked in advance if they could flash a DROID 4 to page plus and they said yes, as a matter of fact they were one of the only places around that could. LIES!!! after waiting in the shop for 3 hours they failed to flash my phone correctly and kept in till 5pm the next day with no changes after telling me it worked, Then proceed to ruin my working phone (DROID 3) so i had NO working phones! $ 65 Dollars later mind you!!! I finally got fed up with the morons and took my phone to MD Wireless in Pleasant hill, Matt flashed my phone in 10 minutes with working data for half the price! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ALLSTAR WIRELESS!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! BBB NEEDS TO SHUT THESE IDIOTS DOWN, ADAM AND KEVEN FUCKING RETARDS!!!

Holy crap I have never had such bad service. I am a patient person. I deal with customer service, I work FOR a cell phone company. I cannot tell you how many phones I have given these people that took MONTHS to come back to me, and half of them came back defective. If you want to be happy and not waist your money DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! They are the worst business I have ever had to deal with. They are horrible horrible horrible. I cannot say that enough. They are ignorant, and full of excuses. They cannot help anyone in a timely manner. They never have a straight forward answer when you call them either. Literally they have had a phone of mine for six weeks now. Others for four weeks. You are better off having a broken phone rather than using these people.
