Dropped in & asked whether I could use the restroom. Attendant or store manager, whoever he was, simply answered «No» and immediately went back to whatever he was doing.

Stopped in here for a free Slurpee that was being offered through the 7-​Eleven mobile app. There were a couple sketchy looking people lingering around the outside, and I got panhandled when I walked out with my Slurpee. I was in and out quickly, though, and had no issues getting the free Slurpee.

This is the worst 7 – 11 I’ve been to! I couldn’t find any of the items I wanted to buy. I really hate stores that really are not current with what’s hot and what’s not. These type of stores that operate in such a manner don’t really care about customers or their own business. For a convenience store it sure as hell makes it difficult for customers to find what they are looking for.

the parking lot here is bigger than the store, the usual style for a decades old one. many items are present. even some beers, though overpriced.

Once again, the great city of Concord offers a business which is UNFRIENDLY to the blind community. First Subway, now this? I mean really, Concord, what is your issue with guide dogs?
My friend Rich, a blind man with a registered guide dog, was thrown out of this store for having the temerity to want to purchase something. Has anyone in Concord heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act? I am urging all of my fellow blind friends and my sighted friends as well to contact 7-​Eleven corporate headquarters to lodge complaints against this store.
