We went here to buy laminate flooring after going to Home Depot. The guys in the store where not very helpful and a little sarcastic. The sale on Tv commercial was not what they had in the store. Every flooring we picked they had to order (was not in stock). Save your time. We went back to Home Depot.

Went there looking for flooring for a small hallway, so I didn’t need much. The salesman showed me an «odd lot» showing me two perfect sample boards that he pulled out of the box while I was in the other room. I took odd lot to mean «an odd limited quantity» as the sign said «280 square feet» and he did not explain otherwise. Turns out odd lots are actually factory rejects with large knots, bad stain and cracks. Furthermore, there’s no warranty, no returns. None of this was explained by the salesman. I’m out a few hundred bucks, and have a bunch of expensive cherry firewood.
I won’t return.

I went here looking for some new flooring for my rental house. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are also very reasonable. If you are worried about the price for real wood flooring the wood laminate is also very easy and looks great.
