Sotos Produce

I had been looking for a go to place for Good ranchera meat. And I’ve found it! It’s priced average just like everywhere else but it is soo tender and full of flavor! Definitely going back!

THE SALSA ROJA… Just pour it in my mouth!
This meat/​produce market is a bit of a distance from me! I wouldn’t drive all the way over to shop and buy my meats but when in the area I take full advantage!
Buche, Carnitas, Carne Asada! Buy a few pounds take them home with those little sized tortillas they sell here! Pull that comal out and voilà! :) I really wish I new what goes into this magical sauce!
FOUR STARS! I am a lemon lover and I put lemon on everything but with this salsa it’s really not necessary! Taco spots in the O.C. need to come and take notes! (Jab to the gut) :D

Super fresh meat! Ranchera prepared, great for Sunday BBQs with the family and birthday parties.

One word, chicharones… Ooooohh theya re amazing ask them for a sample and youll love them… I love this place… On weekends they make grilled chicken outside and it gets so packed because it is delicious… i live like five minutes away… They have amazing pork chops… Its been along time since i’ve bought any… The butcher used to season them for me and man they were the best… Now they have ready made tamales of corn and with the cream they taste bomb dot org. The produce is sort of expensive but if you want to buy any meat or just a snack i recommend going to Soto’s

love their fresh salsas and carnitas and cueritos. their meat and chicken are also really good and seems really fresh. a variety of drinks the only thing i noticed has been really horrible is their produce not as fresh as when they had the old little store still a great place to get things you need. BTW try their corn tamales saturdays and sundays really good.

I’ve never been inside this place & I pass by it daily. But after coming in the other day I won’t pass it up. Their carnitas were great and had yummy salsa. It’s very clean and organized. Good small market to go to if not wanting to deal with the grocery store lines.

Super fresh meats! Absolutely no complaints! Their fresh salsas are so good and tasty! I love it! OH, and even though this place is always busy– they never make me feel like I’m bothering them. They are always cheerful and attentive. I drive from Huntington Beach to Compton for this place. OH, and ask for your flap meat to be tenderized. Yumma!

So this has been the local spot for years to get fresh fruits and vegetables. All I use to get were there fruit but noooooooooow… I can not live without there fresh home-​made GUACAMOLE.
Before they remolded this spot use to look like a real outside farmers market. It was really cool. Now it just kinda look like a hole-​in-​the-​wall grocery store.
Now back to the GUAC !!! OhMyGosh this MOLE is so freakin good when I brought it over to a friends house for game nite I was ALMOST tempted to lie and say I made it. This guacamole is something serious. I have to figure out the secret ingredient so I can make it myself. I’m thinkin the key is either cilantro or finely diced jalapenos. I will figure it out one day but until then they will continue to get my fo (four) dollas (dollars)
