Renita’s Chicken & Grill

I was visiting a friend in LA and we were deciding on what to eat. I was pretty much ok with anything but my friend said she heard of this place and wanted to check it out so I said ok. I don’t know LA anyway haha. So we get to this place and the service was great. Got our food quick and I love anything where you get to sit outside and eat and they had tents over their outside tables because the sun was just beaming the day we went! Something about this place gives me a very «Coney Island» feeling for those who are from NY, you know what I’m talking about. It’s just a really nice place to sit down, relax, and eat with some friends. The food was amazing!!! Not what I expected at all from when I came here so I was very impressed. I had the Mac n cheese and it was awesome! My friend had the brisket burger but I didn’t try it. She said it was really good. And we also shared ribs which were really really good. It seems like the place is off to a good start. When we got there, they still had the grand opening signs up so they must be very new and honestly, when I come back to LA, instead of all my favorites like In n’ out, i’m going straight here. It was awesome!!! Can’t wait to take my boyfriend… he loves ribs haha!
