They made my eyebrows WAY too thin!
I went here for the first time on my lunch break because they were in the same plaza, and I didn’t have enough time to go to my regular eyebrow place. Before I even sat in the chair, I informed the lady that I did NOT want thin eyebrows– just a simple clean up. I even repeated for emphasis. (Mind you, I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows threaded in weeks because I was growing them out, so all I needed was a cleanup on the excess hairs growing). After she was finished, my eyebrows were WAY too thin!!! AND the left side still had stray hairs. When I asked her to fix it, she trimmed off the end of the arch, so it was no longer symmetrical w my right brow. UGH!
I am never coming back here. Best believe I didn’t leave a tip.

I was in the area waiting for a friend and had 30 minutes to kill so I popped in here. Big mistake.
I’ve honestly never had such a bad threading experience in my life. I explained — with words and gestures as she seemed unable to communicate with me — that I just wanted my brows to be cleaned up because I want thick, strong brows. Instead I walked out with mismatched thin brows barely even straight.
Plus this was actually painful. I’ve done it all: waxing, plucking, threading and not once have I ever let out an ouch in my 10+ years of trying to reach brow perfection. This was an incredibly painful experience only because this woman clearly had no idea what she was doing. To be honest she would have been better off with a pair of tweezers.
Should’ve just waited til I had time to visit my regular threader.

This place is very welcoming. Excellent service. My wife wants to come back again. They did a great job.
