I just had a bad experience with one the drivers telling my 5 year old daughter if she was DOGTOBEAWAREOFF and I’m calling the store to report the driver and they don’t answer there phone. I hope not to see that driver again making delivery to my address.

When you order two blue cheese packages with your wings and they give you a marinara and a ranch, they aren’t even trying anymore. Come to think of it, this place has never gotten an order of mine 100% correct, and this is with me ordering ONLINE! Makes me wonder why I bother.

Ordered the pizza, waited 30 minutes for it to get here & it came to us SMUSHED. The cheese was literally stuck to the top lid of the pizza box! It looked sad and disgusting. I know things like this happen & it wasn’t on purpose, but quality control is important!!! Treat our pizzas with care! Also my boyfriend ate the pizza & he said it didn’t taste good at all. I’m so disappointed.

I don’t usually order from here but their delivery time was 30 minutes, so I decided to just order from here based on that alone. I ordered a pizza, pasta, and chicken. The pizza and chicken were fine no complaints there, but I specifically asked for NOONION on the chicken carbonara. I called to complain about the mistake with my order and after speaking to a manager Yahaira, I believe that was her name, we went over my order. The pasta has bacon in it as well which I told her about and her answer was«well you didn’t ask for it» I’m sorry that you don’t know the ingredients that go on your food as advertised, they had poor customer service.

There’s a Drive Thru. Enough said. Order through the app. It will be ready within minutes. When you get there, just ring the buzzer and a staff member will assist you at the window.

If only zero stars were an option. Spent about $ 15 on a pizza. Wife asked for half pepperoni and half cheese. Pizza comes all pepperoni. Ok whatever, we deal with it. Then as the pizza is about to be consumed you can smell a profuse odor coming from the pizza. They used some old moldy smelling mozzarella because the pizza smelled rotten. Wife takes it back and asks for a refund, they say they cannot refund but will make her another pizza. She declines because obviously the ingredients in this location aren’t up to par as you can smell the bad odor on the pizza. They tell her only the manager can issue a refund. No manager present, ask for a call, no call back. Call corporate and find out this is a franchise location. Independently owned pretty much so they can’t do anything. What a waste. At least if you serve bad food have the face to show for your business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Now why would you promote bread sticks with marinara and NEVER bring the marinara. This place is a joke. Not only did we call for them to bring it. 25 minutes later they decide to bring it not only us my food cold but now I’m pissed. This place should get shut down the manager and employees are all jokes and the extra delivery charge is bolognia wirelessly if you don’t bring what we pay for. Horrible service I don’t know how they are still in business. Never once have they got my order right.

I always order from this Dominos location for several reasons. One is convenient location cause it’s not far from my home; second is they’re alway give prompt and friendly service; third is Dominos app very easy to order and they keep prior orders! They are an awesome team! All their drivers are very friendly and on time! Thanks Dominoes you guys rock!

I had 5 people that needed to be fed quick and nobody does it better than the team at dominos in Compton. I took advantage of the 5.99 deal and got three pi’s delivered. Jose who took my order was polite and professional, Robby the delivery dude was quick and friendly. As I’m going in to enjoy my pizza, I noticed they put chicken on my veggie pizza, my staff enjoyed it, but I was bummed until I called back and the nice gentleman on the phone apologized and got to work on getting the correct pizza out to me. I’m so impressed with the A+++ service, I will be ordering again soon. This team needs a round of applause and a raise, they are the true unsung heroes.

On Thursday, September 22nd I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for take-out. Twenty minutes later I show up to Dominos, the young girl who took the order said my order had not been made because I failed to answer the phone when they called to verify. At this particular moment I was highly upset because if I had known ahead of time I was going to receive a phone call from Domino’s I would have answered the phone, but I screen my phone calls so I was S.O.L. I mentioned to the employee I should have been warned ahead of time as common courtesy. There is no point with the employees. Despite the annoyance, I still waited an additional fifteen minutes for my order. Corporate will be contacted after this experience.
