I have been a Direct tv customer for along time since 2001 and let me say as soon as my contract is up im so done with them the call center people are horrible the management staff needs to go to CUSTOMERCONTACTSERVICESKILLS101, LIARS!!! LIARS… I recently upgraded my kids tv to smart tv and upgraded my package and did not get what I ordered, to be told that you will have to pay more $$$ which was never given to me as an option, and I have proof via email, for them to say they have it recorded and yet when I asked to have them check the recording they some how can’t WTF !!! is up with that. I have an email to show otherwise, need less to say I will be canceling there service as soon as possible. vary upset vary poor customer service
