This store is full of MUTE employees. My mother always taught me common courtesy but apparently these people have NONE. I don’t expect the royal carpet to be rolled out Beneath my feet, but I do expect to get the customer service skills they are paying these people to have. You walk in and no one acknowledges you. You can stand right in front of the register being polite and courteous and wait till they come to a register & take your order but then you will never get assisted. They will continue talking as if your non existint. This is the first time I visit this place and as I(patiently) waited for one of them to free up and acknowledge me. Another person who must be a regular at this location told me you have to go up there and tell them to come help u. Otherwise they won’t stop what they are doing. & to top it off when I got my food it was WRONG!

HAIRHAIRDONTEATHERE! I’ve tried them out 3 times and two of those times, I pulled long black hair out of my taco wrapper. Im sure my stomach is probably hating me right now… I hope they didn’t have lice, sigh!

Walked in and two lady’s were working there. I pretty much waited to order in front of them for 3 minutes. While they were blabbing their mouths off. They didn’t even acknowledge me. So pretty much walked away and stepped out of the store. The customer service is really bad.

I have never had issues with this drive thru. They get my order correct most of the time. The strawberry lemonade is good. The drive thru lady we usually deal with is usually Compton friendly.

This place has horrible customer service. It has gone down hill. When it first opened a few years back I remember the manager Martha and Carmen they were very professional and made things right. Today I went and had a horrible experience they wanted me to pay for a water cup! The food was not up to par. The employee today we’re talking behind your back I think they wanted to spit in your food. I felt like I was bothering them. They had no smile at all. As a repeat customer they should at least smile. They have a high turnover on employee

I’ve gone to this place 3x, each time had been horrible … I like to give restaurants benefit of the doubt but this time … I’m done… I took a bite and then saw green spots on the pita bread. Disgusting … Gave it on star bc I had too. Loaded a picture just so you can see I wasn’t lying I called them to let them know… And they found more… It was left out for to long… Please don’t go there

i usually get lunch from here after i go to Best Buy on my lunch break between here, Subway and Panda Express. I was in the mood for the crispy shrimp tacos. I usually do the drive thru here which is pretty quick but today they charged me for an extra burrito so i told them i only ordered one and she was really nice and apologized and gave me back my money for the extra burrito. Overall i’m satisfied

It seemed clean, and the Veggie Works burrito was on-par with others I’ve had. This location is the tiniest Del Taco I’ve ever been in. None of that was an issue, obviously, but there were definitely other, glaring things that make me hesitant to go back, the first being: their posted health certificate was a month and a half out of date. I assume that if they’d received a current certificate, it would have been long enough before the expiration date of the other that they’d have plenty of time to post it before the one I saw expired. So… do they HAVE a current certification? Considering, by law, that it must be posted, if management will overlook that, what else are they overlooking? There were two women working the kitchen and one woman working both the counter and the drive-thru. She very, very obviously didn’t want to be there, and yet her tag stated she’s a manager. She made eye contact with us as we stood at the counter, but didn’t say a word(you know, something like, «Hi, I’ll be right with you,» or even just hi) as she walked back to the drive-thru, moved slowly around the kitchen, and just overall had an attitude like she would get to you when she felt like it. After several minutes of no communication/acknowledgment, I finally ordered, she gave me the total, and then walked away while I got out my wallet. I put down cash next to the register and then waited at least a full minute until she returned and finished ringing me up, then walked off again before my friend could order. I was honestly wondering if we were on Candid Camera. I guess the drive-thru slowed down or something, because then this woman started helping people at the counter. Maybe they were short-staffed, maybe someone called out sick. That happens, I get it, but treating your customers like they’re just another hassle in your day is not cool.
