I took my 7 year old daughter to get some dental work only to get refer to another dental office, when I get to the other office they tell me that she is to old to be refer and that I needed to take her back to her primary dentist, when I go back their attitude totally change they were being rude and loud and to top it off they refused to do any treatment to my daughter because they said she was crying when she really wasn’t so I call my insurance to let them know what was going on and to see what were my options. The insurance call the office to hear their side of their only to hear a totally different story. Well at the end I was happy because out of all this I finally was able to change my kids dentist to one that is capable of working with kids. I really don’t recommend this office to take your kids or your self worst dental office I ever been to.

After years of tolerating horrible appointment turnaround time and a very rude front office staff, I finally decided to switch dentists. I have had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time here. Each time, I ask for time off from work given the fact that they close before I’m off from work. On my last visit in January, I begged the front desk to give me the inside scoop on how to be seen in a timely manner. She gave me a list of excuses of why they’re always so late and a horrible attitude, but she did suggest that I make a 2pm appointment, so that I wouldn’t have to wait. I was there on Friday, 7÷19÷2013, at 2pm, and they didn’t call me in until 2:55pm. Fortunately, I was armed with a book to read, but I did realize that nothing will change here. I just got off the phone with my dental insurance company to change my dental office. I did give them 2 stars for good parking, and because the Dr. and dental assistant do a good job, although, I never got more than my 6 month checkups and general cleanings, since that’s all I’ve needed so far. If you don’t want to waste your time, I genuinely suggest that you go elsewhere.

I took my daughter for a 9am appointment. We arrived at about 5 minutes to 9 only to find out the office didnt open until 9. So we sat and waited outside for about 15 minutes until two workers pulled in to the back. I know they saw us sitting on the porch but yet it was at least 5 minutes before they unlocked the front door. So we’re the first ones there, but it still takes about another 10 minutes for them to call us up and have me fill out forms. I wouldnt have minded so much if they were setting up for their day but they were busy placing an order w/one of their workers who was going to go pick up tamales for them. It was a Friday, so I figured maybe this is something they do Fridays & didnt want to be a whiner, so I let this go too. So they finally call us in at about 10am only to say there was nothing he(the denstist) could do for my daughter & that she needed to be referred to a specialist(My daughter is 4& was not going to let them see inside her mouth w/out a fight). They told me it would be a few weeks before the insurance company approved the request to see the specialist. A few weeks passed by and I called my insurance company only to find out they never submitted the request. Well, no one is perfect right? Everyone makes mistakes. But what gets me is when I called them to tell them they forgot to send the request, they had the nerve to get an attitude with me! That there was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I finally got the authorization my daughter needed but I would NEVER take my daughter back there again. I switched both my girls to a new dental office that I would highly recommend. They’re great, but I guess in comparison to this crappy service, anyone would look good.
