This place is a local place to come by, it’s hit or miss they have a dj on the weekends. They have all ufc and ppv fights but there’s a cover charge. The foods pretty good but I miss the old happy hour menu, you could get pizza and wings for under $ 10

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLESERVICE!!! Came to see the Canelo Fight on Saturday May 7, 2016 got to the Arena at about 4pm to secure table. Ordered chicken Wings for appetizers they were so good juicy and the sauce was on point! Ordered our entrees: ribs plate was extremely dry and over cooked which made the meat tough and chewy the coleslaw that came with it was ok, the hamburger sliders were surprisingly tasty and but the garlic fries were Cold and limp when they got to our table. The Micheladas are BOMB they make them just to my liking with Clamato and tahin and worstershire sauce. My biggest issue was HORRIBLESERVICE we had to wait very long«in between time» for our drinks to even put in orders, the waitress kept forgetting to salt my rim on my Margaritas which delayed the drink even more to get corrected by the bar cuz it was treated like a «new» order! I don’t know about you guys but if I’m spending over a hundred on food and drinks in the 2 hours iv been there at least serve the food hot and my drinks cold! Once the fight was over and we get the bill we explain to the waitress to SPLIT the bill 50/50, Today I find out my card got charged the full tab amount instead of what I asked her to do and she still charged the hubby for 50% ADDITIONAL Oofvthe ORIGINAL tab!!! I called the bar today at 1130am to get the discrepancy corrected and the waitress who answered said the manager«Denero» was too busy and would call me back and took my contact info. Well it’s 10:07pm and still no return call. Don’t appreciate being ignored served cold food or being billed incorrectly and given the run around. Unprofessional staff!

Love to have lunch there. Salmon is always great. Yesterday my husband and I shared a HUGE bowl of Phở. Very good. Beef was good. They gave us the usual side of basil, lime, bean sprouts, jalapeño slices, and chili. Not sure if one person can finish a bowl by themselves. Great atmosphere. Lunch, some horse betting, sports on tons of TVs. A nice Sunday with delicious lunch.

I read reviews before trying myself, I have to say the sports bar is still trying to find themselves. Upon sitting down I was handed two menus. One with traditional sports bar items, and disappointed with garlic French fries, blah! Second on the Chinese delicacy. Went with the beef filet in black pepper sauce which was good w/steamed rice along with garlic French fries(see above on fries). Overall, nothing to write home about, and may look to try another location if in the area.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our server had told us food was ready and was coming out… sooo it takes 20 minutes to bring out food? this place is ridiculous. this used to be one of the places my dad would come for lunch but boy are we not coming back. the person who is the front who i think is the manager didnt even acknowledge us when we asked for her and called her. The menu changed and overall the service has changed too. Never coming here again

I came here with a mentor who resides in commerce casino for a quick brunch and chat. Casinos normally have restaurants within them, yes. Nothing new or special here. But their prices tend to be higher. Not so much the case with The Arena. Their prices are within everyone’s budget, and not only that, don’t expect to leave with a non-full belly because your tummy will be thanking you after your meal here. Their portion sizes are surprisingly huge and you just can’t go wrong with that at all. On top of that, everything is cooked so well and tasted fantastic. I got what I thought was going to be an ordinary chili cheeseburger. I didn’t have much time to glance over the details on other menu options, this was a spur of the moment pick and boy was I surprised! The sweet potato fries I got were among the best I’ve had. They were the perfect crunch on the outside and soft on the inside, not too thick a cut nor not too thin. Just perfect. And they give you a lot of them. Side of ranch, which is also a delicious ranch recipe that is among the best I’ve had in restaurants as well. The burger itself… Enormous, can hardly get it to my mouth. The meat was perfectly cook to medium, tender and juicy, tons of flavor. The chili is ever so present in every bite, not overwhelming in flavor, making sure you can taste every component in the burger. Caramelized onions were fantastic. Burger is fantastic. The hot temperature of the chili and meat patty, mixed with the cold freshness of the tomato and lettuce was so good. I’m not a big chili cheeseburger guy at all. But this one was just yummy. I will be back here, absolutely. If I’m in commerce casino then I’ll stop by once again for another treat! Oh and one more thing… Their presentations are also neat :) if you’re gonna get this chili burger make sure your napkin is handy. You’ll need it after every bite!

This USED to be my favorite spot, went there tonight just to try it again since my favorite server Misty left & boy was I DISAPPOINTED!!! Our server was pretty lame, no personality, didn’t even check on us after we received our food, she literally walked by us 2 times without noticing our drinks were empty, I wanted to see how long it would take for her her notice because I didn’t want to have to «flag» her down(which I did) I am also a server & #1 if u walk past your table u can at least observe & have common sense to know if there is an empty glass at least ask if u need a refill & u must check to see if the food is OK… I was so shocked & disappointed at the lack of service & lack of care… I observed our server, & many others standing around together chit chatting like there was not a care in the world… REALLY…when your guests have nothing to drink at the VERY least refill their glasses with water!!! Since Misty & Christina left this place has gotten crappy servers… maybe you guys are just desperate or maybe your lack of training is just that, LACKOFTRAINING! Someone once told me, «either u have hospitality or u don’t, u can’t train that» well there was NO hospitality tonight!!! I still tipped 20% which was MORE than generous & this girl didn’t even say thank u, have a good night, NOTHING… she simply said are u ready, I said yes, thank u that’s all u… I thought when she brought my to go order maybe she would thank us… but nope, nothing just here u go & walked off!!! I’m still shocked, wish I wouldn’t have gave her anything! I always recommend this place. But NEVER again! Arena, u have let me down! When u lost Misty & Christina, u lost servers that KNOWHOWTOSERVE!!! Good luck!

So I tried this place due to the happy hour menu that intrigue me… due to my dismay… the HH menu have changed drastically!!! My first trip here I was okay — ones like just give me a glass of wine and I’ll pass on the food heheh. . But after being at the executive lounge and having almost a full bottle of wine on the House ya! I was informed by an OG that I should try the Ribs @ the arena since I was hungry after the not so fulfilling free tapas… So on my way downstairs for the Arena I go… my cell was low so I apology for not having the ribs and wings pics but I promise you this Ish is on point — order it and you won’t be disappointed!!! We also order the steak meal per my kids request I thought it’s A okay but My kid stated its need more Salt!!! The pasta is just okay the chicken is way too thin for my liking but overall my 2nd experience for dinner time ain’t too bad. Our waiter was pretty nice and knows her ish and the foods ain’t bad overall especially if you can’t or shouldn’t be driving out!!!

Services sucks so bad. U have to actually kidnap or use a rope to get any servers to help you. Pizza is really good.

We usually place 4 or 5 take out orders for my office over the phone. Sometimes it is hard to get through to place an order, they get pretty busy and calls can go to voicemail. Called today to make an order, to 4 or 5 tries to get through, but the young lady who answered was very sweet, and patient when I had questions about substitutions(not allowed!) and the fact that I needed separate tickets for each coworker. I called back to place an additional and got placed on hold for a while until I gave up. The girl called me back within 2 minutes, apologized for the wait, and took my additional order. She even called to tell me my food was ready so it didn’t get cold! The food itself is very good. Their house-made chips and sauce are BOMB, and their happy hour wing special is a great deal. The house-made hot sauce on their wings is to die for.

Hidden little gem in the back of the Commerce Casino. Tons of TVs, so there’s plenty to see. Could be a great location for Sunday football. Our server Laura was extremely attentive and very friendly, and the food was very tasteful.

Food’s okay. The margaritas are good, but they don’t tell you that they make the virgin margaritas different than the regular kind –_– so then they have to remake it like 10 times to make it like the alcoholic margarita but with no alcohol.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years. Typical noisy sports bar. Good place to meet up before or after playing poker. The food here has always been«okay.» Nothing really to get excited about, but you won’t go away hungry.

This place is every sports fan’s dream come true. I didn’t bother counting how many TV’s there were… maybe 15 – 20? They make sure you don’t miss anything, that’s for sure. Located inside the commerce casino. Plenty of tables and booths. Friendly service. Waiter checked on us a few times asking if everything was okay, but didn’t offer to refill my drink when it was almost empty. The restaurant was a little on the colder side… we needed to put our jackets on… that bugs me a little. No kid’s meals, but they have coloring pages and crayons for them. Everyone at my table enjoyed their food… I was the only one who found my entrée mediocre. I had a cup of clam chowder, which was pretty good. It was hearty, which I love. The«cup» was a nice amount. I also ordered the ribeye dinner(about $ 19) which comes with veggies and mashed potatoes. I requested the ribeye to be cooked medium, it came out completely well done. I think it’s because this ribeye was noticeably thinner than ribeyes I normally order at restaurants, so I guess it was easy to accidentally overcook it. Veggies were okay. Mashed potatoes were okay. My niece ordered the pesto pasta with shrimp and said it was pretty good. It was a big portion, and she ate it all! My daughter ordered the huevos rancheros. Again, huge portion! A LOT of steak! She said everything was delish! My husband ordered the carne asada combo… another huge portion! He enjoyed it as well. So I guess just steer clear of the ribeye if you don’t like it well done?

Cream cheese and cranberry on a sandwich?? Yassss:) came here a while ago and honestly was not too impressed. My husband convinced me to give it another try and it was soo worth it. Only complaint was that we waited a while before receiving any service but once it started everything was great

Came here to watch UFCPPV& got charged $ 10! Ouch! Really? Why come here and pay $ 10 when I can go elsewhere & watch it for free during happy hour? Not coming here again but the drinks and food were decent but full price.

The Arena Sports Bar & Grill is located inside The Commerce Casino just as you enter from the rear parking lot. I come here primarily on Sunday’s to take down a couple beers and watch NFL Sunday ticket on the many TVs surrounding the Arena themed bar grill. Food/Beverages: Menu is short and simple offering breakfast all day and lunch/dinner starting at 11 a.m. A variety of ethnic dishes to choose from and full bar with minimal beer on tap. I’ve had most of the items on the menu and can say with confidence that the food is good and fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients on all their dishes. My favorite is the green chili carne asada wet burrito and the BBQ ribs. Food is inexpensive and portions are generous. TV/Sports: Like I said NFL Sunday ticket on all TVs except Raider games. Raider fans can’t watch games and drink in a civilized manner. Really don’t care as long as it’s I watch my Eagles play on Sunday we are good. All TV output request should be directed to the bartender. Service: It really sucks here and drops the rating all the way down to a 1 star. The wait from the minute you order drinks down to the wait of the check takes a good minute even when not busy. The service is just not there. The latino bartender with the glasses in his 40s or 50s is a total jerk and acts bothered by you sitting at «his» bar. I kindly asked him to put on a game on a TV no one was watching games on and was a real asshole about it. Then I sit at a table, ordered a beer and the waitress(at the instruction of the Bartender) asked me for a credit card to hold the tap open as if I was going to be a risk and walk out without paying. At this point I was hot pissed and bothered but remained cool about it. Asked her to bring me the check, downed my beer and waited for the check(about 15 min) then left. I hope the owner or someone in management reads this. This is how you lose loyal customers in the restaurant/service industry. No hard feeling’s but I’ll take my business to The Bicycle Club
