This place requires you to call in advance one hour and then when you get here you are waiting another 30 minutes. The girl checks me in and then ask if she can take a photo of my drivers license and I could black out the information… Wth? Why? Then she says it will be another 10 minutes. Well here I am waiting for the two other items. Then they don’t even do anything like they say. They push it to the end if the dock and that is it. They don’t have anything to help you tie down the stuff it or even do anything for you. We have the things loaded but they have to get the paper work? Wth another 20 minutes for waiting for that? Then as I sign for pick up they ask me for a yellow tag which he kept looking for I told him they didn’t give me anything she just took my id. Wow this took some time.
