Perry Ellis is a great place to get «off the rack» suits for the guys in your life. The sales professionals are knowledgeable and nice. And I love the suits!
Sometimes the suits need to be altered by a professional; sometimes they do not. The suit prices are always a bargain, even after factoring in the cost of tailoring.
Based on available choice and cost, I typically do not prefer to purchase cufflinks or neckties at Perry Ellis. But that’s okay, because Perry Ellis rocks great suits.

Came here with my 6 groomsmen to buy suits for my wedding. The customer service was terrible. I mean if you have 7 people looking to spend a good amount of money you think you would show a little more interest. Don’t come here if you want employees to pay attention to your shopping needs.

The shop is located in the Citadel Outlets. This is a great place to look for some stylish clothes at a decent price. Originally came here to bring back a suit that did not fit. After I returned it, I got my correct size, but at about 50% less than what I originally paid for online. Got an $ 85 refund back to my account, all for it not fitting properly. You’re probably going to have to tailor it for the really sharp look, but the opportunity is there to find a really nice suit for a discounted price.
The salesman were very friendly and helpful, but they could have used more help as the register was backed up with a 10 – 15 minute wait on a busy Sunday afternoon. Overall, a good shop with a great selection of pants, suits and shirts.

This store always has great deals on suites. The staff are always attentive and the store has a great selection of cloths.

This store is always so organized !! Even during busy times everyone is always on it! Garry was super personable and helpful at my checkout, I love that this location always has60−70% off they go the extra 10−20% off that other places don’t I’d always come here over any location

I am so happy, writing a review for this place would be my pleasure. Today while wanting to shop for a new suit I decided to go into stop by here… Best decision I’ve made for purchasing a suit. Im 6’4, 275 well built and it is hard to find a suit for someone my size that doesn’t need to be tailored. Well, low and behold they had it and it fit perfect! Slim fit and perfect.
The service here was great, very sweet young lady who helped and answered any possible question I could ask. As I was trying on a suit she would bring me another one that she thought might look even better and sure enough, she ended up bringing my my new favorite suit! Beautiful color, and perfect fit without having to change one stitch!
Price: they were having a great deal on their beautiful suits, well sure enough the sweet young lady gave me another $ 15 dollars off because I was a «vip» shopper and my 2 suits with the pants only cost $ 223! Are you kidding? Amazing deal!
I will only buy my suits from them now! Thank you very much.

I have shopped this location many times and every time I see the same associates. A bunch of un friendly sloppy workers. My last visit I walked in 15 till store closing. I was aware of the time but no associate indicated to me the store would be closing verbally but their actions spoke even louder. The music was cut, the brooms and dust pans were brought out and the personal talk among the associates started to begin. I found out one associate felt she needed to loose 10 pounds and another didn’t know if he was growing a mole or sat on a raisin. Needless to say this was unnecessary information when I was curious on finding additional sizes and colors for purchase. The associates at this store always behavior in this manner, regard less it’s 15 minutes before closing or 1 in the afternoon. This store needs an over haul in customer service. Perry Ellis wants to compete in the high fashion industry it’s not just your clothes that represent you but your associates and the functionality of your stores.

I have been coming to this store for well over a year and while sometimes I don’t find what I want, the staff here is great. They have always been friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of them.
