Funopolis Family Fun Center

I have taken my children here several times and have spent a lot of money here. On my son’s birthday, I bought the unlimited package for him and his friends. My 2 children were standing in line for a long time to add more money to their cards to play more games, and I noticed that the cashier was letting people in front of them. I approached him, and asked why, and he told me that the owner told him to take the other people first. I told him that I had just spent a lot of money on the most expensive party package they had, and my kids should be treated fairly. He told me that he didn’t care and that it wasn’t his problem.

My two sons (11 and 9), my wife and I have been to Funopolis a few times and we love it there. The laser tag is great, the new video games, the water slide, and other fun apparatus’ keep us entertained for several hours.
The food is very good, too. I like the chicken wings, and the rest of my family like the pizza. The slushies also hit the spot if you’ve been outside on the rides in the Summer!

We came here for a birthday party for a 5 year old and I have 2 older boys who were excited to drive me on the go carts. We went to the cashier and informed her that we wanted to purchase to ride the go carts and one of the boys wanted to drive me. She said sure that’s fine as long as they are taller than 56′ they were so thrilled! As we were loading on the carts I was sitting in the passenger seat and one of the attendants were saying that I had to get out because the boys had to be 18. What? Why would the cashier say it’s okay and the other guy say it’s not ok? At that time I went to the cashier and told her what happened and she got the manager and they were saying yes the boys can drive me. I then went back to the track and the attendees were very apologetic and helpful. I got my ride with the boys! So much miscommunication with the employees and their manager lets get on the same page but at the end of the day I had some happy boys!

Funpolis was pretty fun. They had a Groupon which assisted in my visit. Due to the drive, it’s not some place I’d go frequently. There were no long lines and if they were, you waited for one round of the ride. I think we waited the longest for the wall climbing. Go karts were fun and fast as well. Food was reasonably priced and good for the setting. I suggest getting there earlier to beat the abundance of people. No problems were encountered so it was overall a good time for my 7 y/​o. :)

My 7 year old loves the place. It’s better than some of the other places, here you get a card to swipe with the games… beats keeping up with tokens! Go-​karts and putt-​putt are well maintained. Indoor games are usually all up and running. Prizes are the same old cheap things you get anywhere unless you have a million tickets and can get something grand. Over gets a good rating from us.
