HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We had an issue with our boat and called around and Wilson said they could pick it up within hours of us calling. After they picked up our pontoon they kept it for over 7 weeks and NEVER even worked on it!!! We called weekly, sometimes daily and the people were so rude and never knew anything about our boat. They «mixed it up» with other boats and lied to us daily about when services would be complete. After 7 weeks went by without any updates — we asked that they deliver to another marina whom could fix it… they gave us attitude but finally did it. NEVER AGAIN would I ever take a boat there or recommend them to anyone. AWFUL company!
