Once again they did it again. Place a order for a double. They told me to pull aside. Waited 10 min while 3 other cars came and left. I pulled up to the window and someone yelled were cooking the double now. So while they were outside joking and laughing they could of made my shit and not forgot about it. This is the worst wendys drive thru ever. The workers are incompetent. They want a raise for what. That’s why they work there cause off there in ability to use their brains. And I’m out.

Such a shame, this place was a convenient place for us to grab a quick bite and we’ve been going there almost every Monday for the last year. They used to have a staff of really customer oriented, friendly people but we have been going there less and less since the staff seems to have been completely replaced with very unfriendly and slow servers. Recently, we were in there for a quick dinner with our kids. It took more than 10 minutes to even have my order taken even though there were at least 5 people working the counter and only one other person in the restaurant. Then the food took 15 minutes to fully come out with my having to monitor and remind them what else was on my order. Then there was no ice in their fancy new soda machine. The person who I presume was the manager yelled at the staff in front of me for packing my «here» order«to go». This manager created a fair amount of drama in that restaurant which seemed to draw all the staff up to the counter to watch(which probably explains why it takes so long to get your food). We walked out that day without getting to eat one of the items we’d ordered and made sure the manager knew we wouldn’t be back. Guess the Jimmy John’s next door will be our new go to for quick Monday night dinners. I hope the owner of this franchise reads these reviews, because that team he has in there working today is going to tank his/her business.

We had been going to this restaurant for the past year ahead our kids’ activities at LifeTime. No more. Not only has the service always been slow, but on our last visit we had an encounter with the manager on duty(Natasha), that was just surreal. One employee replaced an item that one of our kids dropped on the floor. She then started to berate us because the employee should have checked with her first! Unbelievable. We left the replaced item there, left, and will NEVER be back.

We’ve been going to this Wendy’s for 2 years. Until recently, they had super-friendly employees that knew us by name, but they seem to have had a lot of turnover recently. Nonetheless, the food and service is still good! Also, this place is cleaner than most Wendy’s! Note that this shares a building with the BP/USA2GO gas station store, but it’s still a full-blown Wendy’s! Also, it’s east of M-5, not West like the map shows.
