I find it strange for me to even want to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but I’m completely compelled to share my experiences at this location. Unfortunately, my family spends a lot of money eating out. We are super busy family. This McDonald’s sucks and it sucks badly. Service is crap. We’ve been mean mugged when ordering a happy meal. Who does that? It’s like the employees feel outted for doing their job. Stop here if you like losing money or time or to get mean mugged. They forgot something almost every time I’ve been there. We stop going here about 2 months ago and shifted our business to the new Taco Bell across the street.

This place is totally unprofessional, and unprepared for simple orders. I do not recommend fast food anyway but this place sucks. I ordered a mc muffin but only wanted the egg and cheese on it and a hash brown. They charge for the canadian bacon anyway. They didn’t have any hash browns ready and didn’t tell me till I paid for them. Wth kind of «fast food» takes 10 minutes to get your order. I got my money back and talked to the manager (Bree). 0 accountability for not being prepared from her and no apologies for it. If I get fast food again it won’t be from here.

Didn’t bother ordering. The workers seem clueless and were too busy handling multiple mistakes for different customers. I stood there for quite a while, didn’t get waited on and just left. $ 15/hr? NO.

Slowest Mcdonalds ever!!! Every time I go through the drive-thru past 5pm my order will be messed up just like clockwork so I call and they take my name and write it on their invisable note pad so they can tell me they dont know what im talking about next time I come in 2 stars just cause the food that is right is okay.

Every time I went there at night it was the same female manager working. She was extremely rude and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I have since stopped going here because I got food poisoning from the coffee one morning then a couple days later I got sick again from the chicken nuggets meal. I got sick for a third time about a month after that so I will never be back there. Rude and dirty. It’s sad because I live so close too.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the state. there is always a long line in the drive thru whether or not it is lunch or dinner time… no matter what time of day it is there is a long line in the drive thru. they also cheat you on the fries servings.

this place is horrible. The service always sucks, the owner doesn’t care. If you get your order and its a carryout or drive thru, there is a very good chance the order will be missing something, or your fries will be cold, or old and cooked twice or three times. Its like a romper room, if you want good service and good mcdonalds go to the one on milford rd in south lyon. That place is run right. youll never see employees texting or on their cell phones like they do here. I was actually here one time when I saw an employee working up front with a cigarette behind his ear. I tried to take a picture of it with my cell phone, but he saw me and took it off. This place is BAD
