Happy’s Pizza

Definitely not a happy pizza.
We had two negative experiences in the store located in Pontiac trail. The food is ok (a little greasy) but is sad that due to a rude customer service we will not order there anymore. They lost our order at least twice and were rude insulting the customer when we came to pick up.

YUM! Best pizza in the area. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with Parmesan garlic crust and were very satisfied. It was enough to satisfy three hungry adults and tasted really good to boot. Cheese was the right amount of melty and not hard and the dough was soft and fresh. We had a side of
ten bone-​in wings which were also small and very deep fried but tasty.
The service was quite pleasant as well. Will definitely order from here again.

I don’t know how they do it, but our order is perfect every time! We always order pizzas with a few items on one half and different items on the other half. Every pizza place we’ve ever ordered from previously had always messed up our order, but Happy’s not only gets it right every time, they know exactly what we want when we call! Marvin and the team are amazing, super friendly and make you feel like you’re their most important customer.
We love the pizza (butter Parmesan crust is a must have), and the cheese bread. Sometimes we order the cheese bread with other items in it and it becomes one of the best calzones we’ve ever had! Salads are fresh, the cheesecake and chocolate cake are delicious (and totally surprised me that I could get such great dessert from a pizza place) and the hot wings and boneless BBQ are way better than any we’ve had from the restaurants that feature wings.
If you haven’t tried Happy’s, give it a shot. Marvin and the rest of the crew will not let you down.

Happy’s pizza is great! Pizza, subs, salad, ribs and seafood. Something for everyone and all of it tastes great. Marvin is a great guy and I love his community involvement. I highly recommend Happy’s.

I have eaten a few times at Happy ’ s Pizza. I had the broasted chicken, fries and dessert. They were all delicous. You will not find a better banana pudding. They make it from scratch. Really good food. Try them out. The owner always greets you with a smile.

This happys has great food !! the thin crust pizza is really good. The are not stingy with the toppings … Also the Greek salad is amazing. Th chicken fingers are lightly breaded and are pretty good they don’t have a lot of batter like some places where all u get is the breading. I eat here a lot. It’s close to our business and they are fast and reliable

I am from the south, so getting some rib tips and peach cobbler at a pizza joint was a pleasant surprise. Not the best, but when you need a fix, you get where you can. The staff seemed pleasant enough to me.

Ran into the owner of this Happy’s Pizza last week. Talked to him about my gluten issues. Last week he made me the first ever gluten free pizza from Happys PizzaCorp. It was outstanding. Wow it was so good. This was just a test. I give them an A+. I hope they add it to the menu one day. Thanks Marvin

Man-​o-​man… how this place stays in business is beyond me. Although the service is very friendly, the pizza, fish and ribs are terrible. Save your money and chew on your couch instead, you’ll enjoy it more.

Absolute worst customer service from the manager. We called to order pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter, we were told 45 minutes for delivery in which we agreed. An hour and 15 minutes later still no pizza, so my husband called and asked what was taking so long, the manager supposedly called the driver who said he was pulling in now and he would give us 15% off our next order.
We then wait another 15 minutes (obviously the guy wasn’t pulling in as stated before) I then hear a knock on the door, the delivery guy is there with HALF, yep I said half of our order and was apologizing saying he was sent out on a triple delivery blah blah blah and that he would return with the rest of our order. I decided to call the manager back, I start to tell him the about the order just now arriving when he said the guy was pulling in 15 minutes ago and that our pizza was COLD and that we were missing part of our order, he rudely interrupted me and said «I already told your husband I would give you 15% off your next order». I could not believe the nerve of a manager. Needless to say at this point I had enough and I basically told him off about his horrible management skills and to shove his $ 1.50 discount you know where on my next order since there will never be a next order.

Pretty bad dining experience. I ordered rib tips, they were fatty, without sauce. I called to complain, the manager offered 20% off my next order, which I thought was not fair… I spent $ 20 on food that wasn’t edible and that was the best they could offer.
Then he said I could order something different, that said, I ordered a pizza and 1 ½ hours later they deliver a cold pizza to my door.

Everyone is so nice! Great good and variety!

Open most times for convenience. The food is a low quality they use the cheapest ingredients this place belongs in the ghetto.

Great pizza, very friendly guys at the counter and on the phone.

After waiting over an hour on a weekday night the pizza was burnt, they would get one star but the manager made the pizza again and it looked just like a pizza on the ads. I will never order from here again.

I agree with Brian M’s review. After experiencing the original Happy’s at 7 Mile & Hoover, I was so excited to hear they were coming to my hood. Then came the let down, I’m a salad person, and was very disappointed with theirs.

I went in to pick-​up my first Happy’s Pizza order after hearing raves about their product. We had ordered a large ham and mushroom Pizza. I got it home anticipating the one of best pizzas only to find a truly mediocre pie and luke warm to boot. Well I thought it had to be a fluke, so we tried again, this time a perch dinner for me and a half-​slab of ribs dinner for my wife. Well it was the same as the first meal, just okay ribs and «spicy cajun» perch? Well the perch special coupon didn’t say cajun in the description but I didn’t care for it. I guess I think of perch as a lightly prepared fish… and again just luke warm.
Well that’s it, no more for me.
