The manager and rental office staff set the tone for a welcoming and relaxed home setting, to which residents enjoy returning at the end of a workday. The complex is well kept and any problems that residents have, be they maintenance or need of a helping hand, the office team is always ready to provide assistance. The property is filled with mature trees which gives it a countrified feel. Briarcliff is close to food markets and other retail outlets as well as entertainment choices and restaurants. It is a peaceful place to live which makes residents feel safe. We have lived here for 2 years now 2014 to 2016.

We lived here for a couple years back in the early to mid 2000s so not sure how its changed over the last decade however, when we were there it was great. Price was good, tenants kept to themselves, was fairly quiet and enjoyable. The interior was clean and it felt like a new apartment when we moved it. I would definitely consider moving here again if we were in the area and in need of a place.

The management both locally at this location, and Singh Management in general, are incompetent, show lack of general knowledge of their property features, and rip you off if you think you’re going to move out before the end of the month. Never have I ever experienced an apartment forcing you to pay for the entire last month you are going to be there. I gave proper notice that I was moving out on the 15th and they are demanding full month’s payment. This is absolutely unheard of in the years I’ve spent living in apartments. The wording in the lease makes it seem like you are required to pay for the last 30 days you live there(obviously this makes sense) but some lawyer made it so confounded when what they are really trying to say is, «You must give 30-days notice, but you will be charged for the last full calendar month of occupancy.» You could give proper notice that you are moving out on the first of the month, and they would charge you for the entire month. The office staff were never properly trained to know that the apartments in the center of the building had different structural components than the outer apartments. I was sold on the idea of the apartment on the outside because its floorplan was more spacious feeling, and it wasn’t until I was in the process of moving in that I was informed that my apartment had a wall in hallway that wasn’t in the model I was shown during walk-through. I never would have moved into this apartment complex had I known that I wasn’t getting the apartment floor plan that I was shown during walk through. This company reeks of disregard and disrespect for its residents and I would NEVER live in a Singh Management property again.
