I have been to so many different types of yoga studios. From huge corporate to private sessions and I couldn’t be happier that Breath of Life Yoga Studio happened to be the one that opened in my area. I started going there because it’s the closest studio to where I live… But I’m going to keep going because of the personal and loving atmosphere BOL Yoga creates. You aren’t just a member number or an expensive membership to this studio… They’ve only been open for less than two weeks and I feel like many of the staff already know about my practice and are invested. I can’t say enough about this amazing place!!! Love it!!!

This opened at a perfect time in my life when I needed to get back to yoga. It’s walking distance from my home, and the instructors are excellent. The classes are larger than I’m used to, but it still works perfect for me. The classes are challenging but incredibly rewarding. My daughter also loves the kids yoga. I’ve enrolled in a membership and hope to be a regular for years to come!

This yoga studio is a breath of fresh air. Very friendly staff and owner, beautiful space and super super clean. I took the flow yoga and I felt fantastic. I have had lots of problems with my neck and I was concerned about not feeling well afterwards in fact it was the total opposite. I can’t wait to take more of the classes-​and continue to challenge myself. Love the vibe here and the prices are reasonable. Check it out before you make the trek to Denver for yoga, no need to travel any longer
