They ended up coming back endless times to try and make our gate perfect for us. I can give them credit for that. They really tried. Only once did someone knock on my door to tell me they were at my house– I feel they could have saved themselves. Few trips had they just let us show them the original issues. Instead of constantly coming to «fix» the problem and it never fully being resolved. Our last visit from them the gentlemen came to the door, he spoke with my husband and they finally understood what we wanted chAnged., turns out they can’t do it– but we are over it. We started the process in April and finally had answers in July. We definitely are not thrilled with the gate– but apparently it’s not fixable to our standards. And the length of time it took to get answers was disappointing… HOWEVER they we consistent in trying to fix the solution– they did come back when we had concerns. And that says a lot about a company. Maybe we are too picky or maybe they are not perfectionist– it can be taken either way. I don’t think we would ever use them again because of everything we went through with them.

Thomas Gold is a great example of how people should do business. He has complete passion, drive and patience with helping his customers figure out the best services and options based on their needs. The way he helped my parents with their fence estimate was incredible. If you knew my parents you would understand. Sometimes coming to an agreement can be hard but having the right person to guide you through the overwhelming process makes ALL the difference. Thanks again Thomas, your persistence, responsiveness, passion and drive did not go unnoticed!
