I went to him for Low Testosterone. The place was pretty packed, but I got in quickly. Then you’d wait in the room for quite awhile to see him. He ran bloodwork and it came back low. He ran it again a month later. Still low. He had an MRI and Semen Test done — both are normal. I’m 26 at the time and he’s scratching his head, unsure as to what to do. I have a myriad of symptoms that align with Low T, even since I was younger. Despite him TELLING me I have it, he won’t help. He prescribes me Cialis and tells me to come back in 6 months(for what reason I will never know). Now I go to another doctor who actually is treating me. Go figure! Also, one day when I went in there there was a woman who was trying to get bloodwork results. Apparently she was late or something, but the guy kept telling her it was printing out. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes as she paced nervously(she had somewhere to be) and the guy was completely unprofessional and even demeaned her in front of the entire waiting room — I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Printing out a few pages doesn’t take 15 minutes or more! Dr. Condon seems like a nice man, though. I just wouldn’t go back to his practice, for the reasons mentioned above. He wasted my time and expected me to suffer because of my age.

This place is the worst. I only saw the endocrinologist for 2 minutes and was made to see the nurse practitioner. I had to wait an hour to be seen several times. You have to make an appointment to get your bloodwork results because they are money hungry and want your copay. They won’t return phone calls. And when I asked for my bloodwork to be sent to me I got an angry letter saying they are very concerned for my health. But they won’t return my calls. They are just concerned to lose my money. I only gave a star because they require a rating to post the review. They deserve no stars.
