Last time I was here at this location the employees were pointing into the window to a bug (through the drive through) with a straw and said «this looks like the one that was in the sink» they were young and just laughed it off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. We got our food but couldn’t bare to eat it so we put it in the trash. Disgusting and we won’t be returning.

Looks like the service hasn’t changed much in the last few years. They still continue to get orders wrong. I gave them 3 chances but everytime, everytime they messed up. And the attitude when you go to get it fixed. Oh boy. I no longer go to this location. I drive out of my way to other locations.

This particular store never gets my order right. They’ve got illegal Mexicans working here who don’t speak English and can’t understand a word you’re saying. My dad gets more worked up about shoddy service than I do, yet he keeps going back, and he keeps getting angry. I haven’t gone to this store since 2009, and I have no intention of ever going back.
