Worst customer service ever. Hands down. Hated it when I lived there, hate it even more now that I don’t. People can’t be this stupid.

Okay, I usually try to find the silver lining but I just think customers should be aware… This Wal-Mart location debited my checking account $ 250 twice within milliseconds. This is impossible because it takes forever to swipe your card and answer all those questions. I’ve spoken to a manager, two assistant managers, aaaaand someone in their finance/cash office. These interactions each took place on separate days. I’ve shown them my bank statement, the email I got from my bank’s fraud department, the texts showing the exact time each amount was debited, aaaaand I’ve presented my receipt. I still don’t have my money back. Mind you, they’ve had MY money since May. If I owed Wal-Mart $ 250, I know they wouldn’t let me skate for THREE months without paying. I’d also definitely get charged fees and interest. If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve experienced the WORST customer service in my life. So, you’ve had ample opportunities to return the money you stole from me. I’m taking my happy self right back to my bank and disputing the charge. I now shop at Kroger, Marsh, and Target. Target immediately reversed the charge the same day I brought it to their attention when this happened last year. Actually, they reversed the charge while I was at the customer service desk and gave me written confirmation. Customer service: Target=A+ Wal-Mart=F–

Once again I will say this store is poorly managed. Do not go there on a Saturday evening. Every checkout line is at least 12 deep. On this occasion I went to the garden center to check out. Yikes. It was only 8 deep in people. Get a clue Walmart in Columbus, IN.
